I went to this tim Hortons Nov 19th and 1ish I had what looks to be Mouse poop in my coffee. I'm taking it to the health and safety . I do have pictures bit they won't let me add them

This place doesn't offer any washrooms or dine in options. It's set up as a to go only now, the display cases always seem to be decently stocked with items and the lines move quite fast here as it seems like they got enough staff to cover the different sections.

I've had a bad experience every time i've come here lately but today especially. I ordered a crispy chicken craveable and when i got home i opened it up and it had the bun, chicken, lettuce, a slice of cheese, fried onions and some spicy sauce, It wasn't even remotely close to how it is supposed to be with a bun, chicken, lettuce and creamy bbq sauce. i went back and they weren't nice but i still got a new chicken craveable. i asked for a sauce on the side for not getting it in the first place and didn't let me get a new one. Overall this Tim Hortons is my least favourite i've been to.
