Stay away from this location especially if you have children!! It is surrounded by homeless drug addicts. I have SEEN them doing drugs right out in the open in front of the store. They are regularly sleeping along the side of the building with their shopping carts and begging at the drive thru. The other day I had my daughter with me and there was a crazy lady screaming at everyone in their cars. Really?? She was horrified!!! This is ridiculous. I do have sympathy for those who are struggling however they don't need to be doing their drugs in our face, harassing people for money and screaming at your paying customers. Since when do they have more rights then the rest of us?? Really need to get a grip on this.

The lady working on the drive thru she is soo rude like she has no knowledge of customer service. I don’t asked any thing for free I paid for it or if i want extra then i was ready to pay extra for it so whats the problem don’t understand why she was yelling like an idiot. Please if someone is being nice to you that doesn’t mean you have right to yell on them . I don’t know the name but she is with spex and the time is around 5:30 pm

Not very happy about my recent visit to this TimHortons. Ordered an iced coffee and went to use the $1 survey (that they pass out with your receipt) and they told me it expired. The survey and code was from earlier today so that doesn’t make any sense. I had to pay full price. And after driving home I realized I received the wrong bagel. 2 things went wrong for me.

The staff is amazing...and so is the food...I know they have tried to clean up the unwanted people that hangout there....but try harder and have a person just clean up the parking lot. I bring my kids here every morning before school and this place can be more presentable...

Horrible experience when you get to the place where you are tired of asking what did you say my options are? because you can’t understand what is being said because of the thick accent it’s sad I had to just say give me anything smh. Ended up with somthing with cheese and I’m lactose!!! This is happening tooo often.

I got myself the new Nutella icecap first they made it an Oreo icecap and I said hey I ask. For Nutella so they took it back and apparently remade it, when all they did was add whip topping and. Nutella to. The top of the Oreo ice cape and. My wifes tea was suppose to be a tt but it was just cream, when I tried to. Call they did pick up. I tried calling a few more times and. Stil no one picked up.

You guys need to improve your French vanilla...it is just like water ..no flavor...
Pinwheels meant to be thrown away after closing...felt like was not fresh one...

Today at 8:50 pm, I went to the drive-thru and ordered coffee, but they gave me the wrong one. I went back and mentioned they had given me the wrong coffee. There was a girl in a blue shirt who pretended to be the customer and when I asked another girl for her name, she said that one is a supervisor named Aman who lacks knowledge in dealing with customers and gives the wrong coffee, pretending to be our customer. Please pay attention to this.
