I just had a horrible experience at the Tim Hortons in the Brantford General Hospital A-wing, being served by the older lady in glasses. I greeted her with a hi and she said nothing in response, and then when I went to order my large iced sugar free vanilla protein latte she charged me extra for the vanilla even though on the website it says it’s $4.99 (I assume there is a different button that she doesn't know about). Then I asked for a receipt, and when she went to print one her machine gave her troubles and she got frustrated, and then kind of gruffly handed it to me. I apologized for being a trouble.
When she handed me my drink at the pickup counter, she told me she was frustrated at the machine, not me, and that I shouldn't make assumptions.
There are so many things that are wrong about the entire interaction, and none of them have to do with me making assumptions.
She could use some fresh customer service training.

Got what I ordered, everything in stock. Tims in general need to fix their POS system… staff at all stores don’t know how to ring in the Iced sugar free vanilla protein latte… rang in three different ways at multiple locations… all resulting in different price than on the menu.. had to order in app for easy access. This location though in general is excellent and great when visiting the hospital.

Absolutely horrible service, they cannot make anything correct at all. Have ordered breakfast wraps on several occasions and every single time they are made incorrectly and im not getting what i paid for. Avoid this tims as much as possible.

This location always has friendly staff working. Whether you go through the drive thru or into the store, you always get fast friendly service. The parking lot is always clean and the store is always clean and inviting.

Today I visited to take tea and I pay cash money $10 then I asked for change then they said we don’t give you change (one Indian girl and two boys) and they rude behave with me and just give me $6 back not my other coins as well took tea on counter said we don’t give you. They want to try to fight with me. I have very bad experience with 3 of them

I just left there and this is the third time in a row that I've ordered a vanilla latte (charged for it) but get a plain latte - no vanilla or sweetener of any kind, gross!! How do I go about getting refunds ??

Bought 3 Coffees this morning all bottom of cups are filled with coffee grounds, not first time this tims has messed up wont be last

Truly one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Workers don’t understand basic English, are rude when you clarify what you’ve asked for, and messed up every single item on my order. Bagel was burnt and uncut with nearly no cream cheese, tea was half full, and made with cream instead of milk which I specified 3 times. Will never return to this location, such a shame.

Get ready to wait in line just as much as it takes you to be seen by the doctor. I had a timer for my appointment going and noticed it took 12 minutes to order even though I was 3rd in line. 2 staff in the front that were bumping into each other and at least 3 in the back. Tables had garbage and food residue plus 1 person looked passed out.

I visited the Tim Hortons at the Terrace Hill Brantford location and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and paid $20 in cash. When I politely requested two toonies as part of my change, the staff member rudely replied, “We don’t pay for the hospital parking.” Her tone was uncalled for and unprofessional.

When I asked for the receipt, she seemed irritated again. After handing over the food, there was no acknowledgment or basic courtesy like a “thank you for coming.” The lack of customer service was shocking and left me with a negative impression.

I hope this feedback helps improve the staff’s attitude and customer interaction in the future
