I visited this Tim Hortons on November 2nd , 2024 around evening 4.05pm. It was just after my doctor’s appointment. I had a viral infection and related treatment for almost whole day at hospital. I visited this TH to get some hot water. But, the two male staff at Tim Hortons didn’t give me hot water saying they are closed and they can only give me coffee. Forcefully, I had to buy a coffee . The viral infection hangover wanted my body some hot water, but these two selfish employees were not ready for that. Pathetic service. On top of that, I know where do the hot water comes in Tim Hortons. Because, I worked in Tim Hortons. Ridiculous!!!

No net on the hair of the lady prepping coffee, isn't it standard? Then she grabs the cup by the LID with her fingers over the drinking openning, hands it to me. Why would anyone hand a customer a cup like that? Happened today, and of all places at the BGH location!! Someone needs more training.

I went here because I work near this location, and I found the staff, particularly and older woman with glasses to be rude. Not only did I accidently order my mobile order to the wrong location, but none of the employees at the time offered to make my drink or offer anything. As I went to the counter to order, the older woman with glasses was making fun of me and shaking her head at me. That is terrible customer service and embarrassing to me as she's making fun of me to her colleagues. Very uncomfortable experience!
The employees here are wonderful ! They work so so hard, it's such a busy location and they deal with so much nonsense from Customers. Thank you to the kind employee who saw I was having a busy shift and ordered incorrectly on the app and helped me out.
