Got what I ordered, everything in stock. Tims in general need to fix their POS system… staff at all stores don’t know how to ring in the Iced sugar free vanilla protein latte… rang in three different ways at multiple locations… all resulting in different price than on the menu.. had to order in app for easy access. This location though in general is excellent and great when visiting the hospital.
This location always has friendly staff working. Whether you go through the drive thru or into the store, you always get fast friendly service. The parking lot is always clean and the store is always clean and inviting.
I went here because I work near this location, and I found the staff, particularly and older woman with glasses to be rude.
Not only did I accidently order my mobile order to the wrong location, but none of the employees at the time offered to make my drink or offer anything.
As I went to the counter to order, the older woman with glasses was making fun of me and shaking her head at me.
