I ordered on the kiosk to skip the line, long before anyone ordered at the counter, I got a bagel, steeped tea and a coffee. I ordered herb and garlic cream cheese on my bagel, they put plain instead, which is fine I like plain cream cheese, but my tea and coffee took roughly 20 mins for them to even start making it and I had to call out to the workers.. there was also a gentleman beside me who just ordered a coffee and was waiting just as long as I was. They were making everyone else’s order first, by the time I got my drinks the line up was already gone. As someone who works in fast food i completely understand that mistakes happen and that things can be made wrong but 20 mins for 2 drinks isn’t great.. they should try to make the orders in order instead of out of order. Makes things a lot easier and helps keeps things organized.

Clearly don’t know the difference between milk and cream! Every single order when I do order seems to be made with cream instead of the extra milk I ask for! So start a customers morning off wonderful by taking their money and not delivering what was actually paid for and wanted! It’s good to know your customers can depending on you! What a joke
