Pathetic customer service. The employee is supposed to take the order give away the other and then entertain the other customer, but we were told to wait until she took the other customer’s order. she was so rude towards us. Disappointed!!

First thing was terrible service and attitude at the drive thru window. Gave me my coffee. Then the guy who gave me my food basically threw my sandwich at me. The wrapper was covered in butter..like a huge chunk of butter all over the outside of my wrapper. The thing is, I didn't even order anything with butter. So now my hands are all covered in butter..and he didn't even give napkins..just shut the window in my face. Okay, so now I'm pretty upset. So then I get to work and start eating. And the English muffin is MOLDY. Absolutely disgusting. Never spending a penny here again. There are better options out there. I wish I hadn't gone here this morning.

I have frequented this tim hortons for years. The staff is always polite, and always makes my order in an efficient manner.
There is a young man, Riley, who is always so polite and serves each and every customer with a smile. He is always moving fast, and helping as much as he can. I will keep coming to this Tim Hortons just for the staff, as tbey are super friendly, unlike some others tims in the area.
