Everyone is nice except one girl with red hair who does the drive thru. Worst customer service EVER!. Made us wait for several minutes at the drive thru just to order 1 coffee, thought they were closed so proceeded to drive away then when stopped at window she yelled at us that shes busy and we should have stayed put. After noticing all the negative reviews on here about her and Tim Hortons doing nothing about it, im obligated to bring this to corporate attention.

This is the Timmy's by Rona, Michaels, in Brantford. They always have great service both at the drive thru as well as the counter. Never had anything I wasn't happy with.

So many flies in the dining area, dirty seats, and the wait time 10+ min for a basic meal? Sad state that this place is in. Not to mention that the only other customer in the place who was a short hair blonde, found a long black hair in her salad.

Poor service. Poor attitude and terrible customer retention. The staff was very rude and messed up my order. Even after i confirmed with them that the order was right. When i let them know they messed the order up they did not offer to fix it. Will not be returning and i suggest you avoid this tim hortons as best as possible.
