I visit this Tim Hortons fairly often, mostly for steeped tea. It’s an okay spot, but there are a couple of things that consistently fall short. They tend to be pretty skimpy on sauces for sandwiches and wraps, and the donuts always come with barely any icing (see picture). This has lead me to drive further to other locations when I want to order food items.

The night staff in this place are terribly slow, also the girl who was taking drive through order tonight at 10:50pm needs to be fired. She does not know how to do proper customer service and has an attitude with every order She’s there every night with her crummy attitude. HERES A HINT IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR OR IF YOU DONT LIKE YOU JOB QUIT!

Bad customer service. Employees are not knowledgable with names of the items sold at Tim Hortons. When I specifically named the items I want over the drive. The person did not know what is a crispy chicken sandwich. Argued with me and said that we don’t have any chicken with lettuce on it only the chicken wrap .
After waiting in the line for several minutes, trying to explain to him this is what I order every day for the past 23 years
History history refused to understand Once I get to the window, I showed them the items that I was looking for on my phone after I googled it.
And the person on the window advised me that they only serve this after 11 o’clock.
So I went back and explained how two people are telling me two different things and whatever it is, they were telling me is completely false.
I end up getting something else instead because I could not get what I want because everybody there did not know what the item was (crispy chicken sandwich) instead they told me they don’t even have crispy chicken with lettuce after I described it to him.
Really bad experience . Ruined my whole morning I’d never go there again

Everytime I go to this place in afternoon time, they never have muffins. All the time I get same answer it’s finished. According to hours it’s 24 hours, so they have to restock the stuff. Employees are rude as well.

rude. not impressed. trainee and trainer dont know how to take orders. felt uncomfortable. no music. i used to work at timmies. so much better in Simcoe UPDATE : if you're a regular you get better service. was first to order among my friends. was last to receive my iced coffee. Tim Hortons has gone downhill! So disappointed in the staff. no music again either.
I asked for 3 options of food sandwich , garlic bread and other they said we are cleaning and cant make it . They need to learn some work ethics

Worst, this is a very close location to me, and I like Tim’s but this location has mixed up my order more then I could count, force cheaper replacements. Don’t listen to clear regular instructions like cutting a bagel, give me a WHOLE diffrent bagel then the one I ordered. It’s just a mess.

This was the sweetest thing: I'm having a bad day, and I managed to scrounge up enough money for a quick lunch from Tim's. They went out of their way to write a sweet little note on my box. I've always liked this Tims: they are consistent, very friendly and it's always clean. To whoever was working deli at 10 on Mon, Dec 9, thank you for making my day a little brighter!

Something goes wrong each time I go to this restaurant. Today they got my order wrong and weren't too happy when I asked them to make it right.
I asked for sausage. They gave me bacon. I asked to correct it. She said I heard you say bacon. I never get bacon. I always get sausage.
