Worst, this is a very close location to me, and I like Tim’s but this location has mixed up my order more then I could count, force cheaper replacements. Don’t listen to clear regular instructions like cutting a bagel, give me a WHOLE diffrent bagel then the one I ordered. It’s just a mess.

This was the sweetest thing: I'm having a bad day, and I managed to scrounge up enough money for a quick lunch from Tim's. They went out of their way to write a sweet little note on my box. I've always liked this Tims: they are consistent, very friendly and it's always clean. To whoever was working deli at 10 on Mon, Dec 9, thank you for making my day a little brighter!

Something goes wrong each time I go to this restaurant. Today they got my order wrong and weren't too happy when I asked them to make it right.
I asked for sausage. They gave me bacon. I asked to correct it. She said I heard you say bacon. I never get bacon. I always get sausage.

This Location is brutally slow when it comes to customer service.
Unfortunately they have new Canadians taking your order and that requires a level of patience. The drive through staff don’t offer any help to counter staff while they are all chatty with each other, I waited 10 minutes for a toasted plain bagel with butter. I couldn’t believe how painfully slow my experience was at this location. Sketchy part of town too, I will go to MCDonalds before I go to this Tim Hortons again.

This is without exception the cleanest Tim Hortons I've ever been in. Even the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was of a friendly, bright, classy, pleasant place to sit for a wee bite. It took me back to the Tim Hortons of the past. Kudos to management and staff here.

22 min wait for the entire food order to be prepared incorrect. People in front of us had wrong order and others walking in as well were complaining this has been the worst experience here. I felt the need to review as every visit in the last few weeks has been very sub par and seems to worsen with every visit.

This was the worst experience at a Tim’s in a long time. Their staff needs better training, especially Karina who served us at the cash. She barely spoke to us and when she did, she questioned us ordering 4 donuts asking if we “really want 4”. As well as not even wanting to put them in a box until I had asked (they were the new Nutella donuts that would easily be super messy in paper bags). It then took 3 employees to try and close the donut box. Ridiculous. No courtesy to wish anyone a good day after serving them either.

The service was very slow. Like for two sandwiches it took 10 minutes. And the store over all was very dirty

This location up until today, has been my go to for the weekend coffee run.
The last 3 coffee purchases have led to me having to return to the store to have them made correctly....
It's almost as if this location re uses coffee grinds to save a few bucks, coffee is bland and watered down 90% of the time.. Be better.

Have tried ordering sandwiches and bagels at 3 different tim hortons locations after 6pm the past few weeks and they are always out of buns and bagels. Maybe you should stick to serving the usual coffee, donuts , soups and sandwiches and stop trying to expand your menu to compete with other restaurants. If people want pizza , potato wedges or mixed bowls they’re going else where anyways.
Yours truly , super frustrated sports mom trying to feed my kids relatively healthy food on the go !!!!
Now I’m eating fries. Thanks
