Very rude customer service, I’m not from here so I was expecting to come in to friendly staff and respect however I felt unwelcome and was treated with a lot of unnecessary attitude. Asked about frozen drink and instead of a polite response I got shut down and cut off. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not the experience I expect from Tim Hortons.
