Lately it’s impossible to order anything on the menu that has any substitutions or excludes an item on a sandwich. It’s like I’m confusing them as to what I want. I can’t say they are my go to place anymore as the quality isn’t there and the prices are high for what you get on some items. I’d say the service isn’t bad at all tims but the majority, and I travel all over south western Ontario , are lacking.

Waste of space this Tim's is if you drive through I am a local and I have given the place to many chances to be better only to be let down time and time again sometimes they get my order right sometimes they don't Horrendously long drive-thru times. For example, today I waited for 20 minutes only to get to the window and be told that the debit is down so I couldn't get my breakfast. No signs posted. No warnings

This Tim Hortons always has a fresh pot of coffee brewing, perfect for a quick pick-me-up! Plus, they're always coming up with new and tasty donut flavors that are hard to resist.
I love Tim's coffee, Tammy is amazing such a hard worker and always goes out of her way to please the customer.

I have coffee every day before work the service is slow and customer service is next to non existent. I have used mobile pick up and several times the order is not ready. Rarely do they stir and sugar clumped in the bottom. I have been at drive thru where i was not greeted as employees speaking in language i do not understand
