I have coffee every day before work the service is slow and customer service is next to non existent. I have used mobile pick up and several times the order is not ready. Rarely do they stir and sugar clumped in the bottom. I have been at drive thru where i was not greeted as employees speaking in language i do not understand

Been going to this location for over 25 years. This is one of the many Tim Hortons that has gotten rid of the polite, accurate and efficient employees to replace them with new to Canada employees that are slow, inefficient and have zero customer service skills. Customer service used to be important.

Show'd up asked for BLT no tomato medium dark roast 2 cream they gave me a dark roast closer to ice coffee had to be sitting for hours in a thermal pot to go cold like that and my food turned out as an everything bagel with egg lettuce tomato wich also tasted old avoiding this place like the plague in future

Drive thru was so terrible today! She didnt even understand i had not received my full order yet. I informed her I am missing the bagel I order she hands me a muffin and expected me to leave the drive thru immediately like my order incomplete. Do your employees understand a muffin not a bagel? Thank you for trash instead of breakfast š dont even bother calling the line is busy

Incompetent is not a strong enough word for the lack of service this place gives. Just went in for a coffee and witness an error at the till which a lady needed refunded, another lady upset about her sandwich and how her iced coffee was filled from an inch to the top, did the worker apologize? Nope she argued with the customer until she left and then proceeded to complain about her to another employee in front of customers. And the third was a lady who wanted 10 Timbits divided into two flavours, which they got wrong TWICE. Only time this place runs remotely in sync is when an older women with grey curly hair is behind the counter....the rest just have no clue what's going on.
