I ask for a doble atack at 3:00 pm thr manager rude or the kitchen crew was rude and say they dont serve that after 11 i went to another tims suprise they have it. Ghey just dont want to work

Not once have I ever been to this tim hortons and been so dissatisfied. The employee Shaheer took my order while rolling his eyes and then took ten minutes to get a bagel and two coffees. I have come here nearly every day for years and noticed some new employees recently. Of the new employees, one stood out to me and not in a good way. Shaheer has the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. He moves groggily and has no respect for customers' food or their literal existence. Today I witnessed a woman asking for sleeves and some napkins with her food and he rolled his eyes and took his sweet time retrieving the items (mind you there was a very long line to order). Within the 10 minutes I spent waiting for a bagel I also watched a man from the drive thru request he had his drink remade. Sounds pretty simple right? apparently not! he rolled his eyes for the millionth time and trudged his feet over to go make a new one after having to be told by another employee to do so (while rolling his eyes). I find it appalling that within such a short time of working somewhere that one can be so miserable and hate their job that much.

I come here often and have never received such awful service as I did the last couple days from this boy who looks to be in his late teens. Miserable being who barely speaks to you as he takes your order, makes your order with no urgency and just looks disgusting miserable. If you dare ask him for a napkin or sleeve he rolls his eyes and practically throws it at you acting like you just inconvenienced him beyond belief. I am disgusted by this service as someone who frequents this location and has for years to see behaviour like this.

Stopped by Tim Hortons and tried the Habanero Wrap with a coffee. The wrap had a nice kick spicy but not overwhelming and the flavors balanced well with the fresh ingredients. The coffee was hot and smooth, just the way I like it. A satisfying combo for a quick meal.

Dropped by around 9 PM and saw two girls working the night shift — both were super friendly and treated really nicely.You could tell they were putting in the effort and working hard during lineup. Great attitudes, good energy, and just overall made the experience better. Props to them!

This Tim Hortons never disappoints! Whether it's my morning coffee or a quick bite on the go, this place always delivers. The staff are friendly, service is fast, and the coffee is consistently fresh and satisfying. Their baked goods are also always fresh – can't go wrong with a classic Timbits box or a warm breakfast sandwich. Clean space, great atmosphere, and reliable quality. I have some complaints about this tim hortons Usually i go there in the morning 6.15-7am

During my visit, I noticed that the manager I don’t know she is manager or no i just noticed from the uniform i think she is the manager there and somewhat tall and she was not wearing the Tim Hortons cap. The cap is part of the uniform, and as a manager, even she is not look like a professional.
I also observed that the way in which she interacted with me seemed less than respectful.
I believe that with a bit of attention to this store, your leadership can help improve the overall experience at the store.

This is my favourite Tim’s! I’m always greeted with a smile from all the workers. I’m a regular here so I just need to say my coffee and they remember my order for me. It’s so nice that when I come in, they already know me. Their efficient organization and management makes the Conklin Tim’s great!

I don’t know why this Tim Hortons is getting bad reviews — I come here almost every day and they’ve never let me down. The staff are always so kind, upbeat, and welcoming. I do mobile orders because I’m usually rushing to work (and always running behind 😅), but they always have my coffee ready on time.

Even when I have to pop in unexpectedly, they greet me with a smile and treat me like a regular — because I am! It honestly makes a huge difference to start the day off with friendly faces and reliable service. I really appreciate the team here — they work hard and it shows. Keep it up! ❤️

Drive-thru here is god-awful. Gone are the days of putting your best workers on drive-thru to service customers with care, efficiency, and respect.

I dont walk in very often but it is a marginally better experience overall.

And for the love of God... IF YOU ORDER A BUNCH OF FOOD GO INSIDE!

Placed a large order of coffee and donuts for an event at work. Staff were friendly, helpful and communicated well with one another to ensure the order was ready on time. When I arrived to pick up the order the staff were right on the ball. They had everything ready perfectly on time, and all was organized nicely for me to take to my car. Thanks to the team at this tim hortons for making staff appreciation day run smoothly!
