Over the last 3 weeks there's been multiple poppies shoved into the TimBits Tip Jar.

Knowing the staff can't control the disrespectful things the patrons do, I've mentioned it on 5 separate occasions.

This morning the Poppies were still there. At a certain point the disrespect is no longer that of the person(s) who put those poppies in there, but of the staff and ownership who've blindly ignored it for close to a month.

Came here for lunch and ordered a steak craveable sandwich and I got something that smelled like a house fire, how in the hell can you even think that it would be OK to give a paying customer a burnt sandwich

I came in today for the new turkey stack, service time was horrific. Waited 20 minutes for the staff to finally hand my sandwich over to me. After receiving the meal my honest opinion on the quality was alright. But just as I was about to head towards the table, I instantly decided not to take a seat, tables left dirty with wrappers, cup lids, as well as food stains. The sanitation at this location is horrible, I’d definitely recommend if you’re coming for food just to stick to drive through. They mainly focus on that than the customers inside.

For some reason they do not understand what less sugar means. Other Tim stores do give less sugar but here when you ask for it, they generally add atleast twice of what other Tim stores do.

Asifa’s behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful. She clearly treats people differently based on their skin color — speaking politely and respectfully with white customers, but being rude, dismissive, and unprofessional with brown customers. This is not just bad service, it’s outright discriminatory and unethical. Her attitude was disrespectful, disreputable, and reflects extremely poorly on the organization. Shockingly, this is the second time I have personally witnessed this kind of behavior from her. It is shameful, and no professional workplace should tolerate such conduct.

I ask for a doble atack at 3:00 pm thr manager rude or the kitchen crew was rude and say they dont serve that after 11 i went to another tims suprise they have it. Ghey just dont want to work

Not once have I ever been to this tim hortons and been so dissatisfied. The employee Shaheer took my order while rolling his eyes and then took ten minutes to get a bagel and two coffees. I have come here nearly every day for years and noticed some new employees recently. Of the new employees, one stood out to me and not in a good way. Shaheer has the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. He moves groggily and has no respect for customers' food or their literal existence. Today I witnessed a woman asking for sleeves and some napkins with her food and he rolled his eyes and took his sweet time retrieving the items (mind you there was a very long line to order). Within the 10 minutes I spent waiting for a bagel I also watched a man from the drive thru request he had his drink remade. Sounds pretty simple right? apparently not! he rolled his eyes for the millionth time and trudged his feet over to go make a new one after having to be told by another employee to do so (while rolling his eyes). I find it appalling that within such a short time of working somewhere that one can be so miserable and hate their job that much.

I come here often and have never received such awful service as I did the last couple days from this boy who looks to be in his late teens. Miserable being who barely speaks to you as he takes your order, makes your order with no urgency and just looks disgusting miserable. If you dare ask him for a napkin or sleeve he rolls his eyes and practically throws it at you acting like you just inconvenienced him beyond belief. I am disgusted by this service as someone who frequents this location and has for years to see behaviour like this.
