Tiffany in the drive thru window is a really valuable asset to your team! She is kind, funny and responsive to your “thank yous” and comments. I come through this drive thru almost daily and I haven’t had that kind of customer service anywhere in a long time.

I just order 15 mintues ago from drive thru order one chocolate donut and egg and cheese muffinThis peices are kind of plastic i got it in my wrap and second chance it happend with my daughter. I order choclate timbits and its not properly cooked. It stick to palate top part of the inside her mouth. Not happy not gonna come again

Nothing special. Just another Tim Hortons. Only wish that they would be quicker. It’s got to be one of the slowest around. Good luck getting in and out in less than 10 minutes. I spent close to 30 minutes in the drive through from when I entered to when I exited, and that want just a one off.

Simple question-Why they don’t keep a mobile order ready unlike a regular Tim Hortons? Why do I have to stare 5 mins at the servers’ face to look at me so that I can tell them I placed a mobile order? Don’t be more, just be a regular Tim Hortons!

Not sure what it is they are serving as coffee here but it is NOT tim hortons coffee. If it is they are making 2 pots from 1 bag cuz its disgusting... Edited to add - I just reheated it, thinking I'll give it another chance and now my kitchen stinks like vomit. WHAT IS IN THIS COFFEE??? Someone tag the health department

Nightmare drive-thru, no way to get out once you've entered. I also am always having to ask for a sleeve on my hot coffee which doesn't seem right. Some of the employees are so nice and cordial, others won't even greet you.
