The restrooms (3) of them were not working which I think means that they got messy as I they shut them down. How lazy can you get . Just send someone to clean it !!

One of the best in the business! I never had a Habanero Chicken bowl better prepared than this. There was ample seating arrangement in the dining area and noticeably clean. The staff were cordial. Although the food took some extra time to be prepared (probably they had to deal with a new stock of rice), that was all worth it. Highly recommended!

But the staff are always welcoming always remembering your order,quick and reliable! best staff literally in all tims everywhere in this town these people should be given a raise ! Slowest I've ever seen. I take my mother in law from the retirement home here weekly. I mean, I kill time but standing in line so long. EVERY WEEK? If there was an alternative in the mall I'd take it.. but the MIL has her routine. Just needed to vent. This place suck the life out of me.And for all those 5 stars..my guess is they work in the mall or are friends..cuz I'd be amazed some had a 5 star moment here

Today on work lunch break Ordered everything bagel with ham. Girl kept saying jam..and no could not have combo..i reordered ham and cheese on everything bagel. I would like tomato and lettuce no sauce with cookie and coffee. Girl pretty much threw cookie out with attitude and i receive bagel but no tomato or lettuce. 25 minute lunch and spent 20 minutes in drive through trying to get lunch

Lukewarm coffee seems to be the norm at tim hortons in brantford. It's a joke and a waste of my money! To make matters worse, they can't even top up your cup properly . Not trying to be a d1ck, just telling it like it is. The only location that I've had consistent good experiences with is the one at 164 colborne road

I love this location! I work in the mall so I frequent this Tim Hortons probably much more than I should. Coffee is always fresh, ladies working are always super friendly and go above and beyond.
