This is the first time that I had coffee at this Tim Hortons. The coffee was fresh and not diluted. Nice to have one branch that has not degraded in quality.

Every time I go into the lynden park mall tim hortons 45 minutes before closing they refuse to serve st tea .. The first time I assumed they ran out but the last few times she states I've already cleaned the machine and I am not making anymore Everytime this happens i walk away with nothing I thought you had to have st tea until close ? Sounds like they are closing everything early and cleaning up so they can leave when the mall closes ,very rude customer service at night and weekends !

Every order of mine has been getting cancelled due to poor management I mean ! One day I order chicken bowl they don’t have chicken ! I ordered hot chocolate their machine is broken Today I ordered veggie bowl they don’t have bowl !!! It took me 5 mins to understand that she’s saying they don’t have bowl else everything is available! I mean at this point they should just stop taking online orders ! Too many refunds and no food for the lunchtime

The restrooms (3) of them were not working which I think means that they got messy as I they shut them down. How lazy can you get . Just send someone to clean it !!

One of the best in the business! I never had a Habanero Chicken bowl better prepared than this. There was ample seating arrangement in the dining area and noticeably clean. The staff were cordial. Although the food took some extra time to be prepared (probably they had to deal with a new stock of rice), that was all worth it. Highly recommended!
