I came to pick up an online order for my coworkers, and I was treated terribly. I ordered a latte that I was waiting for and an employee walked over and told me “ we don’t have that”. I was confused because what do you mean you don’t have the stuff for a latte? The attitude that I was met with was very unprofessional. The employee then proceeded to walk away from our conversation and come back five minutes later, no latte in hand. He asked me “what?” Which I thought was rude and when I verbally asked for them to make the latte they finally did, and it took a very long time. I was gone from work for 20 minutes, which I think is a bit crazy seeing as I made an online order. I hope nobody else has had to deal with this horrible customer service. Tim Hortons, do better.
SECOND REVIEW!!!!: Absolutely disgraceful and awful service, i am so enraged. This place should be shut down unfortunately. To begin, I ordered off the app for my coworker and I, and when I went to pick it up a few minutes later, I was told that the item that I had already paid for was UNAVAILABLE. I ordered garlic bread, 3.49. I was given a donut which is 1.69. So not only was I given a different item, they also gave me one that was cheaper than the on that I ordered. What we can learn from this, Tim Hortons, is that we should update our app to show what we have. Have a great day!
THIRD REVIEW!!!!: My coworker went in to buy some food and a frozen lemonade. When she asked for the frozen lemonade, she was told that they did not have any. How can you not have any lemonade. This establishment is very bad for not carrying the things on their menu. Tim Hortons, do better.

This location is great to stop at! I stop numerous times a week as my take my children to Karate not far from this location. They always make my coffees perfect and they taste great! Kids love the potato wedges when we come in the night here

Tim Hortons used to be good now. You'd be lucky if you get served. But they're too focused on DoorDash, orders and Uber. If you're going in for a coffee in the morning before work. Good luck.
