9pm on a Friday night and their oven is off so they can't make any pizza or sandwiches on the menu. Disappointed. Drove through the rest of the drive thru and opted to find food elsewhere.

Love ya always have... its a Canadian thing.. but have recently been unimpressed with the prices.... I kmow inflation is constantly rising but seriously š coffee at $2.50 per cup.... its getting up to Starbucks level and although of course much better in almost every aspect.... I'd really watch it in regards to pricing . As we Canadians are already looking to save wherever we can... This here is going to be my next penny saver and cut off if prices and continue to rise....

What on earth is wrong with the staff . My son-in-law went there this morning and I was with him. We ordered one coffee, two teas, one plain doughnut one Timbit they could not get that straight between 2 staff. Repeated the order again at pick up because we did not get the donuts or the creamer when I got home Still did not get the creamers. Tim Hortons has become shockingly worse and this branch another example of mass takeovers of chains that have gone downhill as a result

If you want a consistent beverage or even bagel orderā¦.do not come here. Every single tea I order from here tastes different, sometimes made with cream instead of milk, or an abundance of sugar. Or heck not even milk or sugar sometimes. Definitely have a much better experience at west and Fairview
Absolute garbage. The car ahead of me also didnāt bother ordering because they couldnāt be bothered to take our order properly. I sat there for several minutes, waiting for confirmation that they received my order because it was no longer on the screen and I was just not getting any answers.
I am in this plaza several times a week and I will not be returning here to give them any more business.

I bought a personal pizza, with a boston cream donut, and a diet a coke. My big dilemma is they allow homeless to hang out here and beg for money. I felt entirely unsafe and very uneasy. The food and coffee definitely wasnāt worth having to be near people (possibly on drugs?) begging for money. Iāll take my hard earned cash somewhere else!

Actually we had a long story, i been to drive thru with my friends and order dew coffees and there was no car in the drive thru, we waited almost 5-7 minutes where we gave the order and then when we went at window they didnāt open it for like 4-6 minutes in total we waited 10-12 minutes just to get couple of the coffees and when a guy name sarthik open the window and we said why itās so long that guy answered back and said you want it or no we said we want he said come and get it inside, then we said we donāt want he refund us, which is totally false way of treating a customer, We been there to get coffee after work and again they refused to give us a coffee and then i said i wanna talk to Manager this is not fair and a tiny guy on till was taking order said manager is my brother you canāt do nothing and complain we will do what we want, later for no reason they called cops and say we was there to fight, Even they have cameras and they can check everything what happened, but they call cops and cops said not to trespass, which is totally unfair, I would really appreciate if owner of that store can set up a meeting with me or can talk on phone, i will also leave my phone number too to talk with owner, i donāt want these type of employees to ruin the name of tim Hortons.
