I bought a personal pizza, with a boston cream donut, and a diet a coke. My big dilemma is they allow homeless to hang out here and beg for money. I felt entirely unsafe and very uneasy. The food and coffee definitely wasn’t worth having to be near people (possibly on drugs?) begging for money. I’ll take my hard earned cash somewhere else!

Actually we had a long story, i been to drive thru with my friends and order dew coffees and there was no car in the drive thru, we waited almost 5-7 minutes where we gave the order and then when we went at window they didn’t open it for like 4-6 minutes in total we waited 10-12 minutes just to get couple of the coffees and when a guy name sarthik open the window and we said why it’s so long that guy answered back and said you want it or no we said we want he said come and get it inside, then we said we don’t want he refund us, which is totally false way of treating a customer, We been there to get coffee after work and again they refused to give us a coffee and then i said i wanna talk to Manager this is not fair and a tiny guy on till was taking order said manager is my brother you can’t do nothing and complain we will do what we want, later for no reason they called cops and say we was there to fight, Even they have cameras and they can check everything what happened, but they call cops and cops said not to trespass, which is totally unfair, I would really appreciate if owner of that store can set up a meeting with me or can talk on phone, i will also leave my phone number too to talk with owner, i don’t want these type of employees to ruin the name of tim Hortons. PLEASE OWNER OF TIM HORTONS REACH ME Thanks🙏🙂

This is my favourite Tim's in Brantford. They don't skimp on the cream cheese, always cut my bagel, and my order is always accurate. The staff are very friendly and the drive thru is usually pretty quick. One time I forgot to order a Timbit for my dog (he was going nuts) and I didn't want to hold up the line, so I wasn't going to get him one. The staff gave me one anyways and said it was on them. So kind and very appreciated!

Worst one in town, I stood in line for 15 mins with 3 people infront of me and had to leave before I could even order so I didn't miss my bus to work, there was 10 to 12 foreign workers just standing behind the counter with only 1 till running! Ridiculous!!!! Not to mention it's get more and more gross in there with lack of cleaning, iv been coming here daily for years this was the final straw Williams here comes a new loyal customer!!!
