I've been a big Timmies supporter for several years. And I'm a huge Iced Cap enthusiast if you wanna call it that lol. This Tim Hortons is the best for Iced Caps in town, and anywhere. It's always perfect. I have a closer Tim Hortons to my house that I drive right past to get to this one. As long as the Iced Caps are like this I will continue to come here! Basically do it daily lol

Thanks for the large chicken noodle soup with only broth no chicken. The amount of liquid to chunky soup is criminal Edit: the thing was more then half liquid I've gotten way more in a small . Total rip off thanks! Also mine as well note the breakfast sandwiches are a disgrace. Need to take some tips from mcdonalds atleast they toast and butter the English muffins. Everything is so inconsistent and pushes out the window so fast with little to zero quality. Tim's Hortons as gone down hill big time. Trying to focus to much on keeping up with all other businesses n restaurants when your a just a simple coffee shop. Maybe slow down and focus on what you guys can handle. I don't see people supporting this garage anymore

It's gone downhill in the last few years, the coffee and food tastes fantastic but that's after getting my order correct after the THIRD time sadly. I have learned my lesson hard having to check everything before I leave from this location now. Which I never used go have to do. The morning 5am staff never have that issue though, it's just the 11am-6pm ish ones that unfortunately make the most mistakes. This used to be the best Tim Hortons in town but sadly it has lost that reputation ?
Workers were rude, payed to attention to people in line. Stood there for 10 minutes before someone noticed I was standing there because they were all to busy cleaning. I had to tell them how to make my drink (used to work at timhortans) and they still continued to make it incorrect. They used ti have the kindest workers and actually treated people like people.

We have never found one store that gets our order correct.. vanilla Chai tea latte... use the drive through and end up walking in to get what was actually ordered.. have even been told they don't make that drink yet we just bought it the day before.

I never frustrated before like this but what ever the service i got and the supervisor talking to me is really disrespectful. He doesn’t even care about customers. Ask three things they don’t have finally i got DD coffee and that is also without sugar. What kind of service is this. Sorry but it’s really worst timHortons i had.
