Worst Tims Experience
This is the very last time I will go to Tim’s. I had a gift card and decided to order a pizza.
4:00 on Dec 15, the woman who was making the food THREW THE PIZZA IN MY DIRECTION so it slid in place in front of me, instead of hand it to me like a civilized person in a country that values such things. I even had my hand out so she could place it like you’re supposed to.
I have now been employed for two entire decades doing a variety of work, from my first job at Tim’s, to working professionally as a journalist and reporter for several major news outlets. This is by far one of the worst instances of poor customer service I have ever encountered. It wasn’t busy, there wasn’t a rush and she didn’t even look at me. Didn’t treat me like I was a person.
The woman eventually came back and apologized, smiling the entire time like her absolute lack of manners was hilarious and it was all a joke to her. She should be ashamed but then she would actually have to understand the concept of “shame”; I will never go back here, or to any other Tim’s. The food is awful, but now the employees are too, and that’s where I draw the line…and hold it.
They don’t let people use the washroom on emergency status, I know is not public washroom, but if you see somebody on emergency condition you have to allow person in emergency to use washroom (this happens to my mom this morning 8am 09/17/25)

you guys seriously need a full time security guard. The amount of homeless people outside the front door harassing customers is insane. please try to enforce this issue because i’m sure this is what drives away business.
Having a great experience with employ name Manpreet Kaur . She suggest a great Lemonade drink. Awesome

If I could give the Dalhousie location a zero I would. It's obvious management needs to change, the place is always understaffed, only 1 person to take and fufill orders while other workers ignore customers. If the line is too long you can't order food. The order kiosks don't work, the atmosphere is very bleak, overall it's not worth visiting unless you're really itching for a drink and can't go anywhere else.

Came in to buy a shitty coffee because I my wife and I had been on the road and had to use the washroom the woman at the counter insisted washrooms were closed although the place was open until 11Pm we were both dressed well etc
Tims has become terrible and deserves the stigma

Terrible experience, poor service, ordering takes three times longer than any other in Toronto or Mississauga. You want to use the bathroom, but it's locked. You ask to use it, but they won't let you in. They respond rudely. Experience at 4 p.m. at this location, Dalhousie St. & Queen St., Brandford.
I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I had to wait over 10 minutes just for one coffee. The staff didn’t seem to care or pay attention to the customers. Poor service and not well managed. Definitely needs improvement in customer service.

I didn’t get her name but something needs to be done about this employee. This woman denied my brother (who was very sick) access to bathrooms and said it’s their policy that the bathrooms close when the seating area is closed BTW this was an hour before closing. I’m not even sure if this is a real policy or if she was being extremely rude for no reason
When we politely requested a second time she made no eye contact, extremely rude. Tim hortons needs to employ better quality workers!!!
