Went in and ordered some food which was wedges with mayo, as soon as I said mayo the young employee looked at me with a look of disgust. As I am not a very confrontational person, I let it go, wished her a good day, got my food and left. About 15 minutes later I checked the bag and not only was there not mayo but there was also HAIR in the chipotle dip. I am absolutely disgusted and I will not be returning. Wear hair nets!!!

They need to pay more attention. They managed to Swap the lids on my coffees on three different occasions today. Normally I wouldn’t care but you give a diabetic a coffee loaded with sugar three times in one day.

I went through the drive through of this Tim Hortons and used my rewards card, got it free, so I asked them to make my drink a medium instead of a small. All he did was put the small iced capp into a medium cup and added cream. It’s disgusting.
