The place looks nice since the renovations; however, my visit wasn’t the most positive. Service was poor, food order was completely missed. The staff did seem to pass on the buck to the manager rather than listening and resolving their mistake. The manager was great! She made sure the order was corrected.

Stopped in on our way for a shopping trip. The lady at the register was a miserable u friendly individual. Didn’t say a damn thing at the counter.. not good morning, not how can I help you, not is that everything, not even your order will be at the side.. just a blank stair and walked away… in the end got the order wrong but wasn’t going back in to try to mention it.. would probably just be given a blank stare… honestly I don’t think I would come back.

This Tim Hortons looks amazing after the renovation! The place feels so fresh, clean, and modern — such a nice upgrade. The new staff is super friendly and quick with service, which makes the whole experience even better. My order was perfect, and the coffee tasted great as always. It’s definitely become my new go-to spot for a morning coffee or quick snack! ☕

I wanted to write a happy review as moving over to this area this has started to be my go to Tim Hortons in the morning, the staff is always quick friendly and good coffee! Thank you. Honestly best service in the city compared to others!

Recently visited this location after a few years, it used to be pretty bad in there food quality wise but I must say, it's stepped up big time.

I got a double stacked farm wrap and it was delicious, decent quality, great proportions and it's pretty delicious.

The service has also stepped up, it was quick, super quick.

I will say one thing, the eggs are overcooked or getting up there in age, they're a bit rubbery and dry.

Overall, I will give this a 8/10 for tims, I definitely recommend giving Tim's another shot.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I tried to order a regular lemonade with sparkling water, a simple request that should have been easy to accommodate, but the staff member at the counter flat-out refused.
What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the woman serving me. She was incredibly rude and seemed to have no interest in providing any kind of customer service. Her manner was unprofessional and frankly, it felt like she didn't know how to speak to people respectfully.
It's frustrating when you encounter such poor service. I hope the management addresses this behavior because it truly makes for a terrible customer experience.
I have been getting the same menu from all over Ontario and no Tim Hortance. Has the problem? Why only this Tim's made the situation worse and a woman. Oh, my God, freaking awful customer service. I've been manager of multiple restaurants from the last 5 years. And I have never seen any of my employees talking to customers like that.It really hurts.
I got the same thing from another tim hortons just down the road from you.

I haven’t been to Tim Hortons in years for a few reasons including cleanliness and lack of English speaking staff. Today, after seeing a Caucasian man running the drive through window at this location, I had to stop and order a coffee.

I’m bi-racial but witnessing my daughter struggle to find a job, feeling like a foreigner in my own country, I’ve began avoiding places where the staff are difficult to understand or have difficulty understanding me (unless it’s clearly an ethnic specific store). This Tim Hortons was a breath of fresh air. And it’s not that they don’t employ foreigners, because they do. It’s just that this location is not predominantly foreign workers! I was able to order comfortably and accurately! Thank you to this location.
