My grandparents go here all the time as they are too old to cook meals some days it’s nice for them to just pick up ready made food.
My grandpa ordered chilli and a coffee 1 milk 1 sugar the cup was full of milk and the chili was all over the bag.. later melted through the the bag and spilled all over his car when he got home leaving my grandpa to clean it up and still didn’t have a meal and was too tired to go back and ask for a refund and had no meal..
This service in fast food has become extremely crappy at all Tim’s, Wendy’s and McDonald’s. 6 years ago I was written up if I wasn’t serving customers properly if the order wasn’t made in a timely manner.. you greeted everyone with a smile and served them with the best manners possible now these kids take their time, 10-15 mins before your order can be taken and another 10mins before you get your food ..these places charge an arm and a leg for squalor.
Please train your employees properly, this is not Canadian service, this has become a huge issue, please fix it.

The girl on the order taking counter was not professional and didn’t know anything about Menu we were ordering. She said Excuse me 7 times while taking order to repeat the order item. They should train their staff more.

Worst customer service of any Tim hortons I’ve ever been to, which includes Mississauga!
When I pull up to the window, not even a hello - just shoving the debit terminal at me. Then which I still have my wallet and card starts shoving my drink and food at me. Then when I had asked for some napkins (as those aren’t default with food any longer) he rolls his eyes and sighs at me.
This has happened on numerous occasions with the same man, Young Indian gentleman.
With how outrageous the prices are getting, you would think the service would improve.

Ordered breakfast meals and substitutions of a donut. When we get home no donuts. Who drives back to complain. Line up too long for another 1/2 hr wait. Making money off the backs of customers. Please get the orders correct. What else is your job!
I absolutely love this location, and I find the employees here are wonderful. Every week day morning I order the same thing, and they even remember to add my on-side cream without needing to ask. They're always greeting my daughter and I with the biggest smiles, and it brings us joy every morning.

These guys used to be good. Now things are very different. You are served by students or middle aged people who are too new in Canada (or too tired) to even remember that they need to smile. Are they even told about how to greet a customer during their training anymore ⁉️
All you see is a deadbeat face handing you something you might have ordered (they don't care and get it wrong many times) and expect you to get out of their face asap. I have been handed the wrong drink so many times now that I have started "test sipping" my drink as soon as I get it just to make sure. (It is cringy but you can take the wrong drink handed to you only that many times !) ?
Although I understand that it's tiring work, a part of it includes being cheerful and welcoming to the customer. This is no longer the case.??
This Tims is a sad sad experience. If you are there anyways, you and your family might get a bit more happiness if you drive through the adjacent McDonald's instead (but again, you were there for Tims so I understand the frustration)

When I visited today. They were out of espresso so were not able to prepare the drink. I wanted. They did not offer something else as a substitute at no extra cost, considering that the difference in the total was almost $2, I feel that expecting a substitute at the same cost is not unreasonable. Particularly since it probably costs the company a fraction of a cent compared to the dollars it cost me. Part of my order was supposed to be a breakfast sandwich on a homestyle biscuit. When I got where I was going and pulled out my food, it was a bacon breakfast sandwich on an english muffin.
So, not a good visit at all.

Some of the drive thru staff don't say 2 words to you, just hand over the debit machine and then your order, no customer service skills at all
