If I could give zero stars I would!
It looks like somebody literally took a bite out of my food and I called the store. I wasn’t even rude about it. The manager and I actually had a bit of a laugh. I tried to be pretty decent considering…..
It was the Tim Hortons in Cainesville
I was told by management to come in in the morning the next day being today and then my order would be free and that she was sorry and that’s not the weirdest thing she’s heard because she’s heard some weird things.
So I went in this morning, not only did this little redhead lean out towards my car from the window and try to tell me look. This is what happens and began to explain…. (TRYING TO SAY IT COOKED LIKE THAT,TOO MUCH WATER, ETC)I told her I didn’t wanna hear it. I just wanted my food because I did not eat it, which was my breakfast yesterday on a double shift and then had to come all the way back today to get it . She tried to charge me and only discount me for my sandwich when I told her no my order was to be free. She told me no and refused and began to argue with me and then close the window and rant and complain about me to the other staff in the drive-through which, by the way, I like to make sure that you understand, I could completely hear everything she was saying, Word for Word, including her pointing at me
I demanded a manager and then the manager tried to argue with me. I explained the situation I snatched my food from them and very rudely told them that they had just screwed up. I used to work at this location, and I would be calling the head office yet again, because this was absolutely the most disgusting act of customer service I’ve ever seen not to mention the disgusting food I was served .

I have been to this location a few times and the staff are super friendly. But when I order food most of the time it's not available. No breakfast sandwiches in the morning, no donuts late at night, and today did not have the turkey stack. So I'm not sure what the problem is, but I have to say it really is not fair to put your staff through this. They don't want to disappoint the customers it makes their job very difficult. The franchisee I guess does not seem to care. Really a sad situation. Hope this can be corrected.
Today I was a little upset yes, my mobile order was wrong on my behalf (app messed up) but when I ask for a top up, I should get a ‘no problem’ and a little bit extra added, but instead, I get two younger girls (not my usual drive-thru girls) complaining and braiding about it and then pouring it into another cup and giving it back to me and saying here you go. that is unacceptable. Do they not realize that the customer can see and hear them through that window?

Went here for the first time today. I was almost disappointed when they said they didn't sell plain Timbits. I had a very excited little dog. Not to worry though, this location does have plain timbits and gives them for free- only for the dogs. I love it! My steeped tea was made to perfection too.

Usually out of key things like chicken wraps around 5 pm. Today they also had no muffins at all at 5 pm. It’s very hit or miss with the drive thru. Sometimes it’s unbelievably slow and they’re probably understaffed.

Walked for the first time at this location on a afternoon and it was empty inside. The place looked very dirty from the moment I walked in. Floor was stained throughout the dining area, windows dirty , tables with stains also , flies all over the menu monitors and who knows where else they sit around the shop. Told the 2 people behind the desk about the issues im seeing just by walking in . They didn't seem to worry or care but i asked who is the manager for this location? (Who knows what else is behind the counter or in their kitchen area. )
So the young lady brought from the back a couple of managers in their 60s and told them how is possible with no one at the time in the shop the place to look so filthy. Their explanation was that there are alot of farmers in the area and that's why the floor is dirty with ice cream stains or glazing from donuts. Also the response for my concern about many flies was that because of the farms in the area when people walks in so the army of flies come in.
I told them that I've been to many filthy locations of Tim Hortons but this has to be the dirtiest one. Manager replied she has seen worst than this location.
So in total 2 workers and 2 managers can't keep a store clean with 0 customers inside on that afternoon.
I will never stop again at this location.
Never seen 2 managers that blame everything on anything else than themselves.
Does anyone inspect these locations once in a while? I wonder many times i see a place like this.
I don't usually like to leave a bad review about businesses but the ignorance of the 2 evening managers in their left me speechless.
