Very unprofessional experience at this location on August 18, 2025, at around 11:56 PM. The staff member named Prince refused to provide the order, claiming they don’t give out orders after 10 PM. This is completely unacceptable because I have previously received an order from the same place at 1:00 AM without any issues. If there is a new policy, it should be updated in the app or clearly communicated. Refusing confirmed orders creates a terrible customer experience. Avoid this place if you expect reliability they do not honor confirmed orders and waste your time…….

Every time I come here, the ice cap is always so good!! I get very lucky every time, so happy that their coffee is always hot and fresh, ice caps are always cold and sweet, and the customer service is amazing as well

I visited today during my work and I had an offer but I didn’t know eligible items the guy taking my order looked European had a beard was very rude and said to find it myself and overall rude and then when I got my order the bagel wasn’t fresh and when I complained to the lady she was also rude and said it is what it is overall bad experience
