This Tim Hortons offers great service with friendly staff who handle busy hours efficiently. The clean, comfortable seating area, plus outdoor options makes it a perfect spot for a quick break. I have been to this drive thru as well ;drive-thru is fast, and food and coffee are always fresh and tasty. All the staffs are very friendly. This is the Tim Hortons near to my work place. So, most of the days I go there and order something and i really like this place!!

The associate that served me was exceptionally polite and helpful as he had to check first to see if my selection of bagel was available before taking my order. Also as the server by his slight accent (English not first language) he was very clear speaking in English. Not being racist but factual. Even an attempt at proper enunciation in foreign born residents is a rarity in my experience. Kudos to those that make the effort. I will drive by Colborne east location to patronize this one🙂

Have never done a Google review before but the service I received today made me do it. Ordered Tiramisu cold brew & Chocolate crossaint in drive thru. Coffee was good but the croissant is STALE, HARD & CHEWY.
Daniel, who handed me the order was RUDE. No greetings, just stared at me for 15seconds and then asked Debit or Credit? No confirmation of order neither he said what was the total amount. This guy clearly needs a training. I wonder how other staff handles the customers but a big 0 for the person who served me. Didn't handed me over the order properly - wasn't ready to stretch his hands outside of the window to hand over me the food. Worst behavior again. Won't recommend this location.
