1. the girl didnt listen to my order and I had to repeat myself like 4 times and still have another employee come ask me what the order was.
2. You guys need people who speak freaking English because when I asked for chocolate milk I got asked if it was the brown or the white one.
3. Having them yell at eachother in Indian or whatever is. Is super uncomfortable. Is this what tim hortons is now?
Update when it was time to collect everything, she brought me a hot chocolate haha. And when I was pointing at the chocolate milk in the fridge she didnt see what I was seeing...
Guys come onnn. Customers need to be confident in you guys to be able to do your job.

Placed a mobile order.
Waited 15 minutes in drive thru before staff decided I needed to come in and get order.
After another 10 minute wait was told sauce for wrap was not available. Not a huge deal except staff asked if I wanted the other sauce I said sure. The staff then put a wrap into my bag. Not sure what would have happened if I said no. After this got in the car and started driving and the coffee was wrong. 25 minutes bite wait for 2 wraps at 5:30pm is pretty said.

This is hands down the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. The staff were unbelievably rude and acted like they couldn’t care less about the customers. We waited over 15 minutes just for an Ice Capp — and instead of apologizing, they were disrespectful and dismissive. This location clearly has zero customer service standards and absolutely no management oversight. I’ll never come back here again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time or money at this place.

No longer sell a ham sandwich waited for 30min in drive through for 2 med coffee and to find out they don't sell ham and cheddar sandwich anymore cause certain people can't touch ham?? What i was told when I asked

Marie is a great tim hortons employee. She is of the 0.1% of the greatest tims employees that I have encountered across Canada!
She reminds me of one of the overjoyed environments in the Tim's commercials!
Went above and beyond to help me with the app and was VERY knowledgeable!
If I was Marie's employer, I would ensure to keep an employee such as her stress-free and smiling!

This place is poorly managed . The manager in an insecure women who is rude for no reason. The staff is not nice and has no customer service skills whatsoever. The owner needs to do something about it as there are so many Tim Hortons around because they are going to loose sales if this continues to happen.

Two days ago, I saw a new employee (not in uniform) pick up a coffee cup with his bare hand inside the cup before walking over to the coffee pot. I found this very unhygienic and quite gross.
I usually go through the drive-through, so I don’t often see what happens in the kitchen. This makes me wonder how often other unhygienic practices occur that customers can’t see.
This has been my go-to Tim Hortons for many years, but I’m now considering going to a different location—or possibly taking a break from Tim Hortons altogether.
I gave three stars because, in general, Tim Hortons has done a satisfactory job. However, this is not the first negative experience I’ve had here, and it has left me disappointed with this location.
5/5 stars! I just stopped at this location and had an amazing experience! The donuts were freshly bakes and absolutely delicious and the coffee was hot and rich. The guest service was top-notch and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The food is generally fresh and the staff are polite. They make it a comfortable atmosphere. I chose this Tim Horton’s to be my number one stop when I’m in Brantford.
