Filthy washroom.
I come here often. Today was not a good day. My toasted bagel with butter had very little butter on both halves. My chocolate chip muffin was some random fruit muffin. The gentleman at the window wouldn’t turn his head, he just keep staring at the screen. Even when he was handing items out.
Tried to take our 3 year old to the washroom and was told that they just cleaned it so we can’t. 7pm on a Tuesday night. Refused to let us use the washroom, completely unacceptable and terrible service.
They consistently do not have breakfast items ready in the morning. No bacon for two weeks.
Clean store. Friendly staff.
It's usually a decent atmosphere. There is ALWAYS a sense of urgency amongst the customers whom crave caffeinated beverages and sweets. But it reminds me that we all are in this together :) The service has been on the decline for many years. Could be the rising cost of living and small (if any) increases in wages. If you're canadian you probably understand what's been happening for the last 15 years or so. All that being said, Tim Hortons continues to be a staple in the daily lives of many. I just hope it's not for nostalgic reasons.
Today I was in and out with my decaf in a few short minutes. Perfect for me!

You will stand there and none of the employees will acknowledge you. They will do what they are doing or just chat with each other.
When they are done with everything else they might help you.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Dev Trivedi at Tim Hortons. From the moment I walked in, Dev's warm and welcoming demeanor made my visit truly memorable. He greeted me with a genuine smile and was incredibly patient as I decided on my order.
Dev went above and beyond to ensure my coffee was made perfectly and even offered helpful suggestions when I seemed unsure. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service stood out immediately. Despite the busy environment, he remained calm, efficient, and cheerful throughout.
It's rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. Dev's positive attitude and professionalism elevate the overall experience at this Tim Hortons location. I genuinely look forward to returning, knowing that staff members like him are there to brighten my day. Kudos to Dev for making such a positive impact—I hope his efforts are recognized!

The second I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Everyone was super friendly and had a great vibe, even though it was during the crazy morning rush.
The place was clean, which is impressive considering how busy they were. My coffee was bang on and my bagel was toasted perfectly. You can tell they actually care about getting orders right instead of just rushing people through.
The teamwork here is next level. They were hustling but still smiling and cracking jokes with each other, which made the whole atmosphere feel upbeat and fun. Big props to the manager for running such a smooth and positive operation.
