Out of all the Tim Hortons in Brantford, this has always been the worst one and most inconsistent. We go to Tim’s 6 times a week. I get my coffee messed up, tastes burnt, or no sauce on my farmers wrap literally every single time.

Easily the WORST Tim Horton's I've ever been at. Drive Thru service is horrible. Can spend 15 minutes in a line of cars. Today I spent 7 minutes behind a car at the window. Driver was getting some sort of food. Then he had to see a receipt. They need to move some of these food orders around to wait at front of the building!! People like me, getting a SINGLE coffee, shouldn't have to endure long wait times behind some clown ordering a few breakfast sandwiches that take the obviously understaffed restaurant too long to complete. I try to avoid this place like the bubonic plague. You should too!
