Stopped by today . Order came to just under $100. 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches no cheese, fries over salted. An order of onion rings for $7... 7 small rings and 1 med, a full rack.or ribs. Overcooked and extremely tough and dried out. Tons of sauce to cover up the disappointment. Only positive was the jar of original BBQ sauce. We will go back to the stoney creek location but not here😔🤔

Had a rough week if set backs but uncle sams was not one not only were the portions amazing the food matched its size in flavour and the server she was an angel on a scale of five this trip was a ten

The food is good, but the menu don’t really have small portion offers. So, go hungry or with someone to share food with. So as the price, you can’t do half pound meats, and the menu in general set up to be not cheap as you can’t order small portions.
The brisket is moist but needed extra bbq sauce for flavor.

This little BBQ place rocks I got the Philly cheesesteak and it was amazing....I'm definitely going to go back and try more of the menu....the hot sauce was really good too

Ordered the bbq box tonight and all 8 of us were fully fed. Ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork was nothing but amazing. We wqlked in ordered outlr food and within 10mins we left with an abundance amount of moith watering food. Definately will recommend this ppace to evryone i know. Chef was extremely polite and showed us exactly what we were getting while packaging our food.

Uncle Sam's is our family "go-to" for dinners out now. We have tried a variety of their menu and are blown away each time we try something new - heck, we are even blown away when we have items we have already tried before... their food is THAT good!! 10/10 recommend this local gem - the staff are so friendly and very kind! Much love and support from The Clarke Family!! (Brantford)

I cant believe this was our first try of Uncle Sams tonight, 10/10 everything was great! Im a harsh food critic but I cant even find something about it I didnt love.
Sweet potato fries were better than most ive tried, chicken was tender and my husband and son said the smash burgers were awesome. Corn bread was delish and so was the coleslaw.
2 young workers were pleasant and it was nice to leave and be happy with a large purchase, seems thats becoming harder and harder to find now adays.
Worth what we paid! Will definitely be back! ☺️

Beware of Uncle Sam's website. It says no reservations but the host adviced we will reserve if you call. They held a table for a group of eight. Infact they asked if we with this group. Than advised us they had no tables available for our group of six. We noticed some tables weren't being used at the time.
Very disappointed how this situation unfolded for our group. They could of adjusted some seating but instead they didn't.
This is my first bbq restaurant that I didn't feel welcomed, it was making us feel that they didn't want our group to dine.
Sorry Uncle Sam we won't be back!

We went here tonight after checking the website and confirmed that they didn't take reservations only to be told that they had no room for us(6)as the tables had reservations. At this point someone else came over asked what the problem was, the hostess denied having said that the tables were reserved and that we should have called. It's tough to go back to a place that is so poorly organized. Really disappointed.
