Ordered via uber eats... at 9 pm. Food was picked up and delivered within 7 minutes. The burgers were freezing cold. Nuggets Luke warm. Yikes. It all went into the garbage.

Not sure what happened to this Wendy’s. For the longest time their food was served hot. Now it’s barely Luke warm. The burgers are Luke warm to cold. Condiments are ice cold and the buns are cold. What happened to hot and juicy. Burgers are so dry. I’m a big fan of Wendy’s but you guys need to do better. Where did the burgers go from 30 years ago. They were fabulous!

Ridiculously rude and no customer service at all. Argued that we placed an order for dine in even tho we showed the app that said drive thru. Was very rude about it like we did something wrong. Get real.
If you're that miserable to be at your job... Get a new job. Not other people's problem you don't like it.

Typical rest stop resturant. Very high paced at times. Don't expect a ton of service, they do not have time.
I was expecting our order to be already prepared as we ordered it 5 minutes before we arrived at the location's drive-thru and when we told them at the drive-thru that we were here to pick it up they said okay. Come on up call de.
Then they asked us if it was okay to switch the spicy chicken to regular chicken or did we want to wait for them to complete it with both spicy.
I was assuming I guess wrongly that they were supposed to have it ready prior to our delivery of the order.
Why would an online order not be ready to pick up at the agreed time through the drive-thru poor service indeed.
