Manager on tonight was incredibly rude to both employees and customers. She man handled our food with no gloves as we watched. Then denied ever touching it. The young lady working the window was the only saving grace and I feel sorry for her that she has to work under that kind of management.

If zero stars was an option I would choose it. These people were incredibly rude and unkind. They treated us like we were trash and had no manners at all. The person who appeared to be the manager was the rudest of them all and was giving unneeded rudeness and attitude. It was very clear these people hate their job and make it clear to their customers too. They also messed up our order multiple times. Do better.

Ordered via uber eats... at 9 pm. Food was picked up and delivered within 7 minutes. The burgers were freezing cold. Nuggets Luke warm. Yikes. It all went into the garbage.

Not sure what happened to this Wendy’s. For the longest time their food was served hot. Now it’s barely Luke warm. The burgers are Luke warm to cold. Condiments are ice cold and the buns are cold. What happened to hot and juicy. Burgers are so dry. I’m a big fan of Wendy’s but you guys need to do better. Where did the burgers go from 30 years ago. They were fabulous!
