Absolutely horrific treatment at this establishment the other day, specifically my interaction with one of the managers. She handled my food without gloves directly in front of my face. Proceeded to verbally abuse the employees who were trying to defuse the situation in front of me and in front of other customers. I had originally approached one of the employees as the sandwich I had ordered had condiments on it that I hadn’t ordered to be on it. While helping, the manager approached us angrily and took over the sandwich, putting her unwashed and unloved hands all in between my food before shoving it to me and walking back away. The way she spoke to the other employees was demeaning and in a way that no human being should speak to another. I am honestly disgusted with the behaviour I saw and my condolences go out to the poor employees who work under this abusive management.

Staff is wonderful and accommodating tonight we had to wait a little bit for some chicken strips and were given some frostys as a gesture. More than reasonable time to wait, this was totally above and beyond service!

This is like a travel plaza, with several restaurants. It used to be clean and fast. Now, it looks dated and dirty. As for Wendy’s, the service wasn’t great, and the food was just okay. And the root beer from the self-serve machine tasted terrible.

Manager on tonight was incredibly rude to both employees and customers. She man handled our food with no gloves as we watched. Then denied ever touching it. The young lady working the window was the only saving grace and I feel sorry for her that she has to work under that kind of management.

The person who appeared to be the manager was the rudest of them all and was giving unneeded rudeness and attitude. It was very clear these people hate their job and make it clear to their customers too. They also messed up our order multiple times. Do better.

Once again food missing from take out order I keep giving them another chance but I’m done
Ordered via uber eats... at 9 pm. Food was picked up and delivered within 7 minutes. The burgers were freezing cold. Nuggets Luke warm. Yikes. It all went into the garbage.
