I have been a regular at this location for many years. I have found lately that the food quality hasn't been as good as it used to be. Going there close to closing has been bad experiences 4 different times now. I don't know if cleaning or the food has done it, but last time I grabbed my food just before closing has been rough. I ate my double number 4 and the fries tasted a little juicy. Soon after I was on the can with explosive diarrhea. I didn't eat for a day after still at the can off and on. This has happened to me 4 times after eating there now. I am debating on not returning

The first time I had a breakfast sandwich at this location it was great. Today I stopped by for my breakfast before work. The English muffin on my breakfast sandwich was hard and dry like cardboard. In my opinion they are using day old products. Terrible. I won’t be back. I work hard for my money and expect decent food. I’m sure the owner or manager would not appreciate paying for terrible food.

Never have had a problem coming here for food. Friendly staff, fast service and great food. Honestly my 3 year old son loves wendys more than mcdonalds! Toys are more educational and fun 😊
Kid-friendliness: Easy cheeseburgers just cheese and ketchup with the pattie. Which is the best for a kid. I find mcdonalds too complicated and the toys are great for kids. A month ago or two they were play dough and now it's crayons, great for our art time at home!

Best Wendy's in Brantford to go to, I order from here both in-person and on Skip, they always do an exceptional job service-wise and they have the better quality among the Brantford branches. The parking lot of another building nearby however is really good at tricking people into driving in, myself included.
