The quality of Wendy's food has deteriorated so badly that I've decided after my visit today that I won't be going back. The chicken nuggets, fries and burger that I ordered were stale. No dipping sauce for my nuggets, despite asking for it with my order. Tried calling this location to speak to the manager but there was no answer. Couldn't leave a voice mail either. Wendy's used to be reliable for their food quality but unfortunately that's no longer the case. It's just poor quality over priced fast food!

We won't be returning our business to the King George location! The drive thru staff tonight were very unprofessional. They mock you as you are pulling up to the window to pay for your order. The manager on duty was also present and laughing along with them. Not sure what was so funny! Very unprofessional!

Nicest Wendy’s location I’ve been to. Very clean, very friendly & welcoming ladies at the cash, very quick service & fresh food on top of that! 5⭐️ Only downside was their points system was down but wasn’t their fault!

Went through the drive thru and watched a Lady sweep the grease and dust off a decorative beam that sits above the open buns and the open (cleaning the ceiling). Then I watched nasty thick globs of wet dust fell all over the prep area and the other workers still proceeded to prep food in that counter while using the buns and cheese that got covered in the gunk as well

Pulled up to drive thru at 11:56 pm...nobody to take my order....pulled up to window and an east indian girl just stared at me while she was mopping, but didn't come to the window....I can tell she was smirking....I pulled away. Appearantly they close early when no managers are on shift im guessing.

If you’re anywhere near Paris, Ontario, and craving a quick, satisfying meal, look no further than this Wendy’s!
I stopped by on a road trip and was honestly so impressed. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-kept the entire place was. From the parking lot to the dining area, everything was spotless. It gave a really welcoming first impression.
The staff here are fantastic — friendly, upbeat, and really attentive. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in, and the cashier patiently helped me decide on a combo when I couldn’t make up my mind (always a struggle at Wendy’s because everything looks so good!).
I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with fries and a Frosty, and it was delicious. The chicken was crispy and had the perfect amount of heat without being overwhelming. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and added a nice crunch. The fries were hot and perfectly salted — you can tell they were freshly made. And of course, the Frosty was the perfect creamy treat to finish it all off.
I also noticed how quickly the service moved. Even though it was busy with a steady stream of customers, the orders were coming out fast, and everyone seemed happy with their food. That efficiency made it an even better experience.
The dining area felt comfortable and inviting, making it a great spot to sit down and relax for a bit before getting back on the road. They also kept the condiment station tidy and well-stocked, which is always a nice touch.
Overall, this Wendy’s location really stands out. The combination of fresh, tasty food, outstanding service, and a super clean environment made for a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be stopping here again the next time I pass through Paris. Highly recommend!

Had the grilled cheese double burg, it was just ok, very soggy. I thought the bun should have reflected the grilled cheese part of this burger and been, you guessed it ' grilled ' no such luck.

Service is awful. They give us a hard time scanning the app for points EVERY day! They accuse us of the app being a screen shot barcode even though we scroll and show all our information in the app. They are really rude about it and bicker amongst themselves if they will scan our app for points. Also they won’t scan our app for points if items are on sale. I just email in my receipts and get Wendy’s head office to add my points. We don’t want to go back to this location anymore.
