Ordered from uber eats . The order was 45 minutes late contacted the restaurant because they provided their own drivers not uber . He said the order left the store before 7:38pm looked on app then it was assigned to uber driver . At 8:40 I call the restaurant said that uber driver took my order , but he said he sent it with private. Then said another hour wait . This was terrible I never got the wings . To bad we can’t try and won’t , this could have been resolved by store admitting mistake instead of several lies

So far I can only rate the service … which at this point is deplorable…our order was placed online at 7:07 with a pick up time of 7:30 …not bad at all …well it is currently 8:05 …oh wait now it’s 8:10..8:15 you’re getting the idea and my poor husband is STILL waiting ..seriously!!! These had better be the most AMAZING ( and hot) wings in Brantford 8:26 order at the counter 😳

For a chain, this is up there with some of the best wings I've had. Not only massive but juicy, tender, not tough at all. It's a premium price but I am 270lbs and can't finish 2lbs of these on my own. Run don't walk.

We order from here once or twice a month and have always received hot delicious food. Tonight we decided to order pick up and I was welcomed into the store by very friendly and courteous staff. My order was ready on time and everything was delicious as usual. (Hint, it’s much cheaper to pick it up yourself) We are happy to support this business!
