I needed to add to my previous post. The pepper crusted roast beef(yes, it's true) is SOOOO good at this buffet, I would go just for that. Bring a couple buns and make a sandwich OR get a plate full(slice it yourself) with au just and horseradish. WOW!!!! AMAZING!!! Chinese food is plentiful and delicious too. Oh, one more thing, they have a waffle machine to make fresh waffles with plenty of toppings.

TAKE OUT: As a GTA-native, this had to be the biggest disappointment thus far in my Brantford food experiences. I have been disappointed by the lack of authentic South Asia spices/flavours in City South Pizza, but this was definitely not Chinese or Japanese cuisine.
A container filled with celery, raw peanuts, and dehydrated pork sitting in a soup of flavourless liquid. Nope. Another container of broccoli with a tease of meat hidden somewhere in yet another soup of flavourless liquid at the bottom. Nope. I tried but couldn’t eat any of it. Except the spring rolls.
There is a huge opportunity to introduce authentic Chinese and/or Japanese cuisine to an ever expanding city like Brantford.
If Ireland can produce quality curry, Yong Great Wall Buffet can bring authentic Chinese and/or Japanese cuisine to Brantford.

Went to this place years ago I didn't find the food very good or the place very clean. Decided to give it another chance tonight. Wife and I went and what a big difference. This place is now so clean and looks so good inside. Very good atmosphere. Food was great. Lots of selections cooked really well. I have to say this is now my new favorite Chinese buffet restaurant in Brantford

The food was outstanding! I have never had a buffet where I haven't had a few random complaints. This was top notch ❤️ My ONLY issue wax the carpet in the dining room. Please get it professionally cleaned.
