I am usually a big fan of Zanders; tonight was a completely different scenario and unfortunately it has made my entire family all have said they will not be returning.
We called for reservations for 5 they asked if 4:30 would work for us as they could not accommodate our party at 5; no.problem.
We get there, and they put a party of 10 at a table that was clearly at best a table for 6 to later be told that they did not know the reservation was switched to 4:30....read full review
