This is the worst small town Tim's. They're always out of everything (it's been 5 days since my last cold brew), they mess up the food order 4 out of 5 times (seriously, they forgot the sausage in the sausage farmers wrap), and most of the time the voice that greets you at the speaker is abrasive and rough and very loud. I live in town and would rather drive to Orillia 30 minutes away for a good Tim's. They recently had a management change, I hoped for improvements but I'm just tired of having a crap Tim's in my town.

Seems like over the past few months this location is getting worse everyday, used to be the best location around. Every morning I always get the same coffees DD with milk very very simple. They get it wrong at least 3 times a week. Its a sad truth.

I've been to tim hortons all over the country as we travel alot this one is by far the worst. Service is bad. Ordered a iced Chai latte, they gave us a brown sugar latte instead. Went in and asked for it to be remade and we get attitude from worker

The lady manager on duty is a super sweer lady. She always goes above and beyond for her customers.

Constantly messed up orders. Gave me a coffee today instead of a tea even after i double checked at the window
was here a few weeks ago, in front of me there was a person ordering and after they paid i watched this tims get their order wrong and have to remake it. They were really slow to take my order and when they finally did i ordered a simple coffee and watched the person make it behind the counter. The person making the coffee put his hands into the cup while pouring the coffee in, only removing his fingers when the coffee was getting up to the rim of the cup. I'm absolutely disgusted with this location and will never be returning
