I have been coming to this Tim’s for the last 2 years when I moved here. Thought it was go great till now. I went in there yesterday and I have never seen such horrible treatment towards staff. The male manager or owner not sure was an abusive rude person. Just watching the way he was speaking to the staff and yelling at them was disgusting. I will make sure to do everything in my power to let all my neighbours know and to make sure I never spend another dollar here this used to be my go to place for my breakfast or lunch and definitely at least three coffees a day I refuse to spend money at a place that does not treat their staff with dignity. VISITED THIS LOCATION YESTERDAY! THE OUTSIDE WALKWAY WAS NOT CLEARED OF SNOW MAKING THE WALKWAY EXTREMELY SLIPPERY AND UNSAFE. INSIDE THE RESTAURANT, THE FLOOR WAS EXTREMELY WET INCLUDING THE WASHROOMS. NEEDED TO TAKE BABY STEPS NOT TO SLIP. IT WAS DIFFICULT SITTING ON THE TOILET AND NO HAVING MY PANTS TOUCH THE WET FLOOR. THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE SOAP DISPENSER. INFORMED THE MALE EMPLOYEE AFTER HE TOOK MY ORDER BUT BEFORE MY DEPARTURE FROM THIS LOCATION, THE SOAP DISPENSER WAS STILL EMPTY! FELT DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET! A REGIONAL MANAGER NEEDS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION AND MAKE MAJOR RECOMMENDATIONS!

I come here very often and every time I visit I see the employees struggling. They are constantly busy, rushing and trying their best to manage everything. Despite this pressure the employees remain polite, professional and respectful when dealing with customers. When customers ask about the reason for long wait times employees consistently explain that there is not enough staff available. many customers still behave rudely toward them, which is unacceptable and something management needs to seriously address. Combined with severe understaffing, this creates an extremely stressful and unhealthy work environment that negatively affects employees physical and mental health.
Management continues to run the place understaffed, placing excessive pressure on the same employees instead of hiring more people per shift. This not only harms employee well-being but also causes long wait times for customers. Management must improve staffing levels and ensure employees are treated with the respect they deserve.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Was stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes just to get a black coffee. Total insanity.

Run down. Ran out of eggs, wraps, and bread. Drive through was difficult to understand and they couldn't understand me. Not a great experience, but feels like it's becoming more common. $12 for 3 coffees

I have been visiting this Tim Hortons for a very long time, and I can honestly say that I have never received the kind of customer service that Tanish provided. He was always one of the best—managing the store with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine smile. His fast service, positive attitude, and the way he handled every situation made a huge difference.
There was even a time when my order wasn’t prepared correctly, and Tanish personally took responsibility, helped remake my food, and sincerely apologized for the team’s mistake. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.
His leadership also made the entire team shine—everyone worked better and more smoothly when he was around. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen him at the store, and his presence is truly missed. Tanish set a standard for excellent customer service that I have not seen anywhere else.
I hope he’s doing well wherever he is. His hard work, positivity, and dedication never went unnoticed.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons branch on October 26 around 6:30 PM. The employee who served us (the tallest guy working at the counter) handled our orders carelessly. He placed the drinks on the pickup counter as if he was throwing them (which we felt that it’s so disrespectful), and a few of our orders were wrong. My friend’s brown sugar iced latte didn’t even have espresso in it, and I noticed my iced chai latte spilled about one-third of the cup on the floor before it was handed to me, yet it was just topped off with ice instead of being remade. My friends had similar issues with their drinks.
I hope management can look into this and remind the staff about proper customer service and drink preparation standards. We all enjoy Tim Hortons, but experiences like this really affect the trust and consistency we expect from the brand.

Attached to Shell gas station. I'd have to say this is one of the best Tim's we've had in a very long time. Tea & coffee made perfect. Sounds silly but I like my teabag then hot water And then cream added, I don't request it because that's how I think it should be made and get frustrated most of the time that the workers at most tims only add the bag in after water & cream and if i ask most don't understand so I don't bother. I couldn't be happier today:)
Timbits weren't as soft but good
Mocha ice capp was also delicious, perfect amount of chocolate and there was actually more than 2 pearl drop of whip cream
Place is clean too

Few days ago around 10 a.m., I visited your location and ordered one plain bagel with plain cream cheese and one everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. I placed the order at the front counter and confirmed it two or three times with the girl who is usually working at the bagel station. I waited for ten minutes and when i asked from girl how long it will take she literally replied in a rude way, even when I got home and checked my order, I noticed that the plain bagel did not have plain cream cheese as I requested lots of time and she said yes at that time this is with plain cream cheese.
I was quite disappointed because I repeated my order several times with that girl to make sure it was correct. I’m not sure of the employee’s name, but she was working at the bagel station that morning.

This is the worst small town Tim's. They're always out of everything (it's been 5 days since my last cold brew), they mess up the food order 4 out of 5 times (seriously, they forgot the sausage in the sausage farmers wrap), and most of the time the voice that greets you at the speaker is abrasive and rough and very loud. I live in town and would rather drive to Orillia 30 minutes away for a good Tim's. They recently had a management change, I hoped for improvements but I'm just tired of having a crap Tim's in my town.
