No running water in the only restroom that was open, no signage. Had to ask for nampkin at ordering counter. A obsvious health and safty issue. No soup of any kind or chilly available at 5pm. Employee stated "it has been cold today" was his only response . It is obviously this location not well manged.

Today I decided to go into Tim Hortons rather than go through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised !! I had Alex greet me when I first walked in and I was overly impressed by this young gentleman. He went above and beyond in his service by being very personable, friendly, and on the ball. I will definitely be back !

Stopped there twice on two different days. Both time service was horrible, washrooms and main restaurant area absolutely filthy and the food was terrible. This was my go to stop when traveling to and from Stouffville but has gone down hill terribly!
