This place used to be good for a subway, it SUCKS now. They never do what you ask, you wanted toasted? Too bad, don't wanna do it. They are always closed an hour earlier then any posted time, everywhere says they are open till 10, including the sign right next to their door, nope closed at 9 religiously. Any time I've been inside it feels like you are keeping them from something, just at awkward, bad vibe, like they just want you gone. I've made a point of driving just a bit further to ptbo just to avoid this location, wanted to give them another chance tonight and nothing has changed or been addressed, despite the wave of negative reviews as of late. If you are looking for advice, go to ANY other location if you want what you ordered.

I visited there, 2 indian people working there, and i am indian as well, they always good to cabadian people but not to us😂they were talking in hindi and they were out of something and they did not provide. I do understand hindi so i knew it. Poor service. And so biased and poor customer service. And rude as well

The subs were good but I ordered multi grain bun and received white it wouldn't have been a big deal but I was ordering for I diabetic so I had to throw out the buns.

I looked up the hours of this location and it said they were open until 10. I arrived shortly after 9 o’clock, and they had closed up shop early?

This store should probably teach their employees how to properly clean before customers start getting sick the grunge build up on the soda machine alone should get this place shut down if a health inspector ever walked in.
I haven't had subway in months, and my buddy told me to try the "Meatballer".I went in TWICE this week, at 5:30pm on both occasions, once on Wednesday, once on Saturday.They were out of meatballs both times, on Wednesday I thought "shoot, bad timing " and left disappointed. Tonight (Saturday) I willingly drove past 3 other Subways on my trip home, opting for the one closest to home so it wasn't soggy on arrival- got to the Bridgenorth location and they told me they were out again..This time I asked, "Are you out of stock? or just out for the night" And he responded out for the night. Remember, its 5:30pm, still dinner time.This means either ; The employees are being lazy or the owner is being cheap and doesn't want any potential meatballs wasted at the end of the night so he's not having them make more than one batch per evening, and I think its the latter.It isn't your customers problem if you lose some meatballs at the end of the night. That is built into your costs. It is unacceptable that at 5:30 your staff is opting out of making more.You're a Subway, if you're open until 9pm, its expected you have the menu items available.Will never be back.

FILTHY. I wiped the table where I sat because it was dirty. Dust on the chips. No soap in the ladies, three guys working there, did ONE of them wipe a table or replace the soap after we told them? Nope. We sat there an hour, and dudes were hiding in the back for the full hour. Make table was clean, but floors dirty, greasemarks on all the doors. I regret tipping these guys.
