Absolutely unacceptable for a food establishment to be serving mouldy bread 🤢! I was so excited for this treat to myself as I have been craving a breakfast sandwich for a long time and was so disappointed when I opened this.... How does somebody serve this!? How many people have eaten mouldy food before served from here... Safe to say I'm not going to be going back here ever again.

* Chicken noodle soup had hardly any noodles - mostly liquid. * Bun was ice cold * What happened to the butter? Just a small amount in bottom of container. * Chicken wrap was mostly wrap - hardly any filling. On the bright side, staff was friendly and store was clean.

Low rating because they didn’t toast our bagel.....buttered, cheese and tomato....don't really taste the same ....and it was at the drive thru.... Please do better!

Ordered a Beef stacker. I asked for no bbq sauce but instead ranch. I was watching the guy make it. On goes the bbq sauce. I asked if it was mine and that, that was not correct. The guy never answered but instead threw the bun in the bin and put another top bun on. Still not looking at or speaking to me. He angrily finished my sandwich and handed it to me with out speaking a single word or looking at me. There was no reason for him to be so rude to me. I have been a loyal Tim’s customer for many, many years and this experience in making me question that!

They charged my Gf .63cents for a STRAW! She used points to get an iced Capp & they charged her for the straw. What a joke! You ppl are what’s wrong with the world!!! Get a life!

I was there July 29th, 2025, great service and got what I ordered. I lost my wallet yesterday around The tim hortons, brown and has a Sasquatch on it. Can you please keep your eyes out? Thanks in advance. Coffee was great.
