I go to many Tim Hortons and this by far the BEST Timmy's around. I never get the wrong order and when I ask to have my wrap extra grilled its extra grilled. Staff is always cheerful even at 6:30 in the morning.

This Hass to be one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The lineup was out of the road which concern me for how long it would take to get anything. But they were so fast. They’ve never gotten my order wrong. Even when I have crazy requests, like half Wildberry and half peach sparkling quencher. Or sandwiches with extra sauce and certain cheese and certain Bread. And the coffee is always great.

Placed order at drive thru. Asked for med latte and told no latte. Asked for med tea double double with milk. The guy put in as triple triple. Told him no no just double double and he told us not to so rude. Perhaps he should get a little more training in customer service. HE WAS THE RUDE ONE. why is it every time we use this Timmy's ,which isn't very often, there is a problem with our order. Not going back.

Seems my coffee is never right anymore. Rushed thru the drive thru when there is no one behind me and I can't understand the person taking my order most nights. Also the decafe coffee at 9pm is barely warm. Tbh I don't go to this tim Hortons anymore.

What an unpleasant experience I had today at Tim Hortons, in the drive-thru septic tanks literally right beside you all you smell is poo poo and pee pee.
Disgusting do not recommend this location at all fix the problem nobody wants to smell that.

The last few months the person(s) taking the orders are completely messing up. Todays pet peeve is ... How do you make a grilled cheese and roast beef sandwich? I go to this Tim Hortons EVERY SINGLE DAY and have for the last 13 years and lately EVERY SINGLE DAY the order is wrong some how. The person(s) taking the orders are not paying attention. I think it is time to boycott this Timmy's. Very disappointing. Plus half the time I get a crappy coffee. Bye Bridgenorth Tim Horton's. I will miss all the long term staff that actually care about the customers as they have been the reason I continued to keep going back. The recent new hires have lead me to find a new go-to Tim's.
Went in today to grab food for my family before a football game. The person taking my order made me feel so rushed I didn’t even give her half of my order. Then we get our two items and still one is messed up. And when we got to the window they were yelling about times rather than being worried about how the treat customers. We will not be coming back to this location which is a shame considering it’s the closer one to most people in ennismore

It's unbelievable how terribly the drinks are made here. Without fail, you all seem to mess up my drink every time. I was here 2 weeks ago in the evening, asked for a decaf coffee, I waited at least 10 mins in the drive through, got my coffee and it was barely even room temperature. I asked for a new coffee, they said they didn't have any fresh, I asked them to microwave it cuz I was pissed and had already waited so long. My first sip and I could tell they put WAY too much cream in it. It was disgusting. I was just here 5 mins ago and same thing....got an iced coffee with half the sugar and my friend got one original iced coffee. Theres no sugar in either and our ice is already gone. Please retrain your staff because this is ridiculous.
