I normally go through the drive thru and I feel rushed at the speaker box making my order, but find at times I can be waiting on them to even open the window for me to scan & tap before getting my order. The last time I was there I went into the ladies bathroom and wasn’t happy with it looking like someone used the floor as a toilet, but to find out after the toilet seal on the bottom wasn’t working so it was a leak on the floor.

Morning/ day time staff are fantastic. Evening/night staff are terrible. You can tell they don’t care about their service times and they couldn’t care less about being there. They never have anything left on their menu past 5pm. If you’re looking for anything to eat in the evening, don’t stop here.Also, please change up your vanilla dip. Every other location has big colourful sprinkles, you guys have had the same terrible ones for years.

I don’t very often write reviews, but I feel very compelled to write this one. I have never experienced a Tim Hortons with worse service than this location. Tonight topped it off, when we went through the drive-through and they said they had no food, at all. I give up.

I come every morning , and waited to be served on with no good morning nothing. I then looked at the menu and saw they had the cinnamon twist back , so I went over to order one and I was ignored by staff which where all over by drive through talking personal stuff so when the guy was told cash he came over no personality at all and I asked for the donut in the middle he told me he couldn’t do it and I said why not I’m paying for it and that’s the one I want…. Arguing over this, I am the paying customer and should be able to choose what I want , this also is my 65 Birthday and didn’t need to start my day off like this…. Very unsatisfied with the customer service…..!!!!!!!

Got my order wrong more than once. Also, bought a bagel one time and there was a plastic bread tie in the cream cheese. The manager was super nice about it. But alas, still a bad Tim Hortons.

Typical Tim Hortons but the staff made a huge difference. Friendly and courteous.
Every time I place an order weather it be through drive thru or Uber eats, my coffee is always wrong. Why advertise something if you don't have the proper things to make it? Why advertise that you have oat milk, only for me to get my coffee and it be made with cream (which I am allergic to) or it doesn't have any oat milk in it at all. So just a black iced coffee. Extremely disappointing, especially when I'm paying $6 for a specialty coffee.
