Celebrated our dad’s 90th birthday and The Gables restaurant didn’t disappoint. The owners, chef and staff all made this a very delicious and special event for our family and guests. They were very accommodating in making this a surprise and fun birthday event. Highly recommend this restaurant in Brighton! Thanks again to everyone.

The Gables Restaurant is a culinary haven, offering gourmet dishes at unbeatable prices with friendly service and a pleasant ambiance. The chef does it all with yummy results. The mushroom risotto and the octopus appetizer are both very good, cooked perfect with nice sauce. The entrees, appetizers, and service were great. The lamb dish, specifically the Rack of Lamb, is particularly outstanding, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, enhanced by a unique blueberry sauce. The restaurant also offers a variety of other dishes, including Seafood Platter, salads, and desserts, along with a range of wine and cocktails. Dietary restrictions, including gluten and milk intolerance, were adhered to by the chef. The prices are very reasonable and portions generous. Customers have enjoyed the fabulous atmosphere, both indoors and on the lovely patio, and praised the delightful service from the staff, including the owner.
