We found this quaint patio restaurant when we traveled for camping. We now drive from Bobcaygeon to enjoy the food and patio..you must try tge seafood chowder or their amazing other treats. Service is perfect
My husband, our Yorkie, and I drove for two hours on Sunday, May 11th, to visit the restaurant, which we specifically chose because it has a large outdoor area where we assumed there would be no issue having our dog with us in his stroller.
To our surprise, we were denied entry even to the outdoor area, despite our dog remaining in the stroller the entire time.

We ordered a hamburger. It was cold and the meat was dry. Worst hamburger I’ve ever had plus it was the most expensive

Guests appreciate the good selection of Americanized type burgers, salads, and fries. While some have found the seafood chowder to be bland and over-thickened, others have praised dishes like the Tuscan Primavera, calling it the best pasta they have ever had, along with liver and chicken mushroom linguini, which is described as delicious and hot. Service is reported to be perfect, with servers being attentive. However, there have been some concerns about flies on the patio during busy times.
