I visited on 12/24/25 at approximately 10:00 AM. As mentioned in a different review, the young woman who took my order went to the back of the restaurant and prepared my food (and food for other customers) without gloves. Absolutely disgusting. I have submitted a complaint to the Leeds, Grenville & Lanark District Health Unit.

I am so unhappy with the food, I’m staying at Hampton Inn by Hilton in Brockville, we ate the chicken sandwiches, and I was throwing up all night, be careful with the food here

The order before ours was wrong in almost every element and they had to ask multiple times to have it corrected. Then our burgers took forever so our fries were sitting under the lamp for almost 10 minutes before we got our burgers. One burger was cold because the other burger came up 5 mins after the first. We were the only ones in the restaurant except for one other man.

Food is good and my burger was actually quite juicy. I have to say the prices are also very fair. Please fill the ketchup machine and when it is out, please try giving more than 5 packets of ketchup for a family of 4. It is silly to have us come up to the line twice again for more.
I stopped by this location on Oct 31 @ 8:40am to grab some quick food. The customer service i’ve received has been incredibly great. Everything is so clean, the employees are amazing. They even helped an older gentleman that spilled his coffee and they were extremely helpful. 10/10 these employees are what makes everyone’s experience exceptional. thank you to the workers. such a great atmosphere

It was a busy day which I understand, but when I asked if they could put red onions on my burger with the white onions, they told me no because the burgers were already made. But between the time period of me asking and me receiving my food. I was waiting 20 minutes. While I was on my 30 minute break. By the time I got my food I had three minutes left on my break. I think as an apology for the long wait time they would’ve did the onions. But didn’t unlike the last few times and I was extremely disappointed. And to be fair they did say it costed extra even though before I was never told it costed extra.Usually the staff is great but today I think they fell short and I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while. I only had 4 minutes left on my break and I am not willing to wait that long even though I still love the food this is not the first time I have had over 20 minutes from my food. I would suggest avoiding here if you’re on a time crunch.
