Last night I waited for 20 minutes at drive thru, I was waiting may be someone will give some response but “No” Very bad service I would say, If you don’t want to serve then why drive thru is open at night, It doesn’t make any sense.

The seller made burgers with dirty hands (not washing his hands)? He took the order, wiped his hands on his dirty pants and with these hands he took bread and made burgers and took food from the refrigerator with his hands ?

I got a chubby chicken burger. Took way too much time to get it. Cook was yelling in the back and you can hear them from the entire restaurant. Front desk lady was nice. Finally when I got my food, the sauce was very runny, chicken was not warm. The seating is very nice with a big window view. Would rather take out.

First time trying A&W. Can not fault anything, great service and order landed on our table just as we sat down.Burgers are very fresh and tasty. Fries were amazing.
Excellent customer service both cashier and cook . Love there coney sauce/poutine.
