wish i could leave a 0 star review, as for there food it’s okay. just okay. the atmosphere is absolutely terrible. i went in with two friends and they told us we had to buy something to sit there (which is understandable) but it’s when they came back to say each one of us had to purchase something that i started to dislike it. it makes me think what if someones there on a date are they gonna make the one not paying go buy something? as for the employees they are rude, demanding & disrespectful. it’s a fast food restaurant not some boujee expensive restaurant and the employees need to realize that.

Took my husband for teen burger on MS support day because he has MS and uses a wheelchair. Found the entrance too difficult to get in the way the 2 doors open in a vestibule, we got stuck and a customer helped us. When we left we discovered the inner door was actually broken and didn't open with the wheelchair switch. Very disappointed!

Wife stopped on way home thought we enjoy a burger fries and drink the meat over cooked and dry and one pickle and a few strands of onion where's the tomatoes lettuce mustard nothin the bun was hard in places not fresh at all the root beer was flat tasting not impressed for what she spent won't be back

They were a little busy so service was slow. That would have been okay, but we only ordered two burgers and a root beer. The root beer was good but the burgers were barely lukewarm when we got them.

Bought a teen burger combo, almost $16 for the meal and the burger was way over done, dry, and when you notify staff they refuse to replace or refund. Very very disappointing. I am not likely to return
Pathetic employees they really need some manners to talk with customers I went to store and it supposed to close at 11 and I went at 10:30 they didn’t placed my order and talked to me so rudely which totally not acceptable

This location deserves no stars. The staff are clearly lacking some brain power. If you order a breakfast combo it comes with a small coffee. I ordered orange juice instead, to which there was an upcharge. Understandable. However, when the server handed us 4 mega gulp ultra large OJs, and charged us 60$ for 4 breakfast combos, all reason went out the window. We were told, it's normal to go from a small coffee to a gargantuan vessel you would need an ark to navigate. They're trained that way we were told. We will never be back. We couldve had a sit down breakfast and tipped the server for less. I will celebrate when this business goes under for how we were treated today
