Absolutely amazing food, went to karras on the way to Montreal and ill be visiting on my way back. The fries and burger were cooked perfectly which left me wanting to go get more even though I was full. On my way back im grabbing some icecream which also looked amazing.

The service leaves a lot to be desired, the main lady who is always there does not have a great attitude. The place had soda spills on a lot of counters, the cleanliness is questionable at best. Speaking of the soda, they have a lot of exotic options but unfortunately they're priced a bit too high. Hot dogs are decent though so approach with caution (aka an empty stomach)

I generally get the same item every time (chicken Caesar wrap with extra bacon, extra cheese, with fries) and I’ve never been wronged. It’s always delicious, plus they have ice cream (they switch up the flavours often)
It is wheel chair friendly, and there are a few tables to sit down and eat at.

This is a great little place. The food is excellent. The portions are large. It was a perfect place to stop for food on the way to Ottawa or other places in eastern Ontario.

Restaurantji Recommends
On our way to Ottawa and needed to stop for dinner. We are not big chain type restaurant people so googled places to eat and found this gem! We ordered the Philly cheese, chicken wrap, and chicken fingers. Everything came out fresh, hot and delicious! Certainly didn’t need the extra fries! The portion that came with the fingers was more than enough for the two adults and child.

This is one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to! Any time we pass by Brockville, we have to stop and get food! Their portions are huge and food is always fresh! Highly recommend this place! We come from Ottawa just for food here!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Taste like the small town burger shops I grew up with! A giant selection of food, there’s 100% something for everyone on the menu! I ate there majority off the week I worked out of town there because I just couldn’t get enough, friendly staff and amazing eats!

Just stopped in and tried their steamies for the first time. Boy were they good! I may have to return to try something else tomorrow.
This was a once-a-week visit for me (sometimes more!) for many years. I've simply stopped going for one reason - the fries. I don't know if its a matter of being overcooked, or the oil needs more of a frequent change - but they are always burnt beyond the beloved golden brown. While not always the issue - the cooks often take already-cooked fries - and toss them back into the oil for re-frying (to warm them up) - which causes them to overcook even further. The last two times I was there, I simply walked out while waiting in line after seeing burnt fries being handed to customers... Freshness and quality are a staple when it comes to quality fries - I'm done wasting my money.
