It was our first time in this sort of place and we were very confused, but the staff were really helpful about what to order and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. It made a nice change from fried food.

Traveling home from Ottawa, my children and I stopped at the Brockville Freskii for dinner. While the service was good, following taking our order, the person working there exited the building while wearing the plastic gloves, returned from wherever he had been, and proceeded to use the same gloved hands to make our bowls. While gloves do give the impression of hygiene and sanitation, they need to be replaced after use! Otherwise, don’t use them at all, and just wash your hands before handing customers food! I’m a pretty tolerant person but this was pretty gross.

Simply the best. The staff here were so helpful. My wife messed up the order on the online app and Addison and Lola were so helpful making sure we were taken care of. They gave my daughter a little toy and made a big deal over the kids. Such a great experience

Stopped to eat on our way past Brockville on the 401. Food was good and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were pleased to see they had highchairs available for our toddler.
Vegetarian options: Most of the bowls, salads, wraps, etc (if not all) are vegetarian and then you add protein (tofu, meat) as an extra.
Dietary restrictions: They had lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options, but I am not sure if they were celiac-safe.
Kid-friendliness: They had a few high chairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see an accessible button on the doors, but they had two accessible bathrooms.

Great place and very nice service. Food was fresh na tasty. There are few kids options as well that also were tasty. Definitely great choice if you like salads and fresh meal options.
I visited this place once and ordered meal delivery another time. The food is over priced and not worth the cost. The lady at the counter is rude and seems to hate her job and the customers. Portion size is smaller compared to other locations that I have been to and other restaurants and presentation and quality is also not worth the price. The bowls I ordered looked like someone half heartedly threw in the ingredients.

Excellent meals!! I had the Buddha bowl so good with the falafel's!! A mango smoothie to drink !! Loved it! My mom had the greek salad with chicken, ate the while thing!!! Amazing as she is not a big eater.

Wow, I used to come to this restaurant regularly. I could always count on great service ànd good quality food. The three of us could not eat our meals, the meat was dried out and impossible to chew. The teriyaki and peanut sauce was watered down, and my salad was like soup. It was a waste of $57. Terrible!

Older woman (manager maybe?) raised her voice at the customer ahead of me, telling them to "Hurry up". They apparently complained that their order was incorrect, and the older woman declined to correct it. The customer left looking very unhappy. When I came forward to place my order, the same woman yelled "Yes?" I said that I'd placed my order online and I was coming in to pick up. She yelled again "What?" She looked furious. I wasn't sure what to do, so I repeated my request for pick up. Another employee handed me my bag, thanked me, and I left as quickly as I could. I was genuinely embarrassed to be treated like I was not only not welcome, but that level of anger really shook me. I've never experienced that in any retail establishment.The younger staff seem genuinely kind, very conscientious and pleasant.I will never return to this particular Freshii location ever again.
