I visited few days back andI had a very disappointing experience at Harvey’s. Kevin provided poor customer service and didn’t even greet me. When I raised a concern that my burger didn’t seem fresh and felt like it had been sitting in the warmer, he wasn’t able to understand or address my concern. I expect better service and food quality from Harvey’s.
