We were at Jon's two weeks ago and returned there this past weekend. The first time we went for breakfast twice and this time we went for lunch one day and breakfast the next morning. When you walk into Jon's you feel like you are walking into the home of a close friend or family member. They greet you like they are happy to see you and cannot wait to serve you food that tastes like home made. For lunch, we had the roast beef sandwich and turnkey sandwich - both excellent....
If you are looking for the best breakfast or lunch in Brockville, family owned and operated since 1960 Jon's is the place. If you are a visitor, their warm welcome and attentive service make you feel like a special guest or a member of the family. The atmosphere is like a warm hug or being part of a close-knit community. It turned out to be a real hidden gem in the small town of Brockville.
The staff was super friendly, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I had eggs, sausage, potatoes, and toast. The free coffee and free refills were a great bonus.
