The gravy was watered down and not salty , compared to the Ottawa Kanata location that I ate at 1 month ago. The coleslaw container was not as full as other locations that I have eaten from. The chicken was very greasy. I won't be back and you shouldn't waste your time or money eating here either. I wish I could not give them any stars, but they won't let me post without a star.

Zero star , very worst experience AC is not working and we were waiting for our order very long and slaute to the staff how they are surviving in this hot area and how they are handling customer never visit this place.

The AC is not working! It's so bad!!! We're sweating while eating!!! We informed the cashier, and she said the AC is ON already, but it seems like a heater!
No wonder we're the only person in the restaurant.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had — completely unprofessional and disappointing from start to finish.
My husband and I went to this KFC with our family group of 10 people to enjoy a meal together on Canada Day. We were told by an employee named Sankaj that we could dine in, so we placed a large order and paid for everything.
Right after we paid, he suddenly changed his mind and said we couldn’t eat inside anymore because the chicken would take 20 minutes and they wanted to clean up since they were closing at 8 PM.
It was only 6:20 PM — closing was still almost two hours away. So why lie and accept our order in the first place?
Because of this, we had to call the other half of our group and tell them not to come — which completely messed up our plans. Seeing that we were upset, Sankaj tried to cover up the situation by promising he’d add something extra to our order to make up for the inconvenience — and to avoid a refund.
We waited over 30 minutes for our food — only to be told that he wasn’t actually going to give us anything extra after all. Then suddenly he says, “You can eat inside for 10 minutes if you want.” What?? After everything we just dealt with?
Not only was his behavior completely inconsistent, but his attitude was dismissive and rude. When asked for his name, he laughed like he found the whole thing amusing. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a fast food restaurant before.
Honestly, don’t waste your time or money here. The food took forever, the customer service was absolutely terrible, and Sankaj was shockingly unprofessional. The fact that this happened on a holiday when we were just trying to have a nice meal with our family makes it even worse.
This location is a disaster. Avoid it. KFC, you seriously need to reevaluate who you’re hiring. They mentioned it's halal. I dont know if he lied about his name or so. But he is a brown guy, tall like 5 feet 8 or 10 inches with a beard.

It's 32 plus degrees out and there's no air conditioning in their dining room I couldn't even stand in the dining room long enough to take an order

Horrible menu explication … Food not worth the money . Got wrap just with chicken + 3 pieces of cabbage and sauce , nothing else in . Washrooms are dirty + soup machine broken . Never in life come back to KFC in Canada ! Watch and learn from European KFC or at least McDonalds!

Absolutely disgusting store. I wouldn’t eat here ever. Ordered food here and went to wash my hands while waiting for food. Men’s room had no soap so they asked me to use the women’s washroom. Women’s washroom also had no soap and the workers weren’t willing to fill the soap dispensers.
I asked them how are you able to use the washroom and go back to making food without washing their hands with soap. This annoyed the employees who started whispering in Hindi (thinking I don’t understand them) and were complaining that a customer was being annoying about the washroom. I then said forget it and just refund my money to my debit card but they refused. The manager started yelling saying I have no right to ask for a refund and that they can’t refund back to debit (in Canada businesses must refund to original source of payment). The manager told me take the cash or leave empty handed so I had to take the cash.
KFC needs to shut this store down and retrain the entire staff on health and safety. Don’t eat here unless you want staff who don’t wash their hands with soap before making your food.
