We ordered snack wraps and a full two full meals two of the snack wraps arrived two never came. They said they were sent out again never came and then I was told that they will talk to the manager tomorrow. It is horrible service. The food is disgusting. It is the most vile of KFC‘s. I have ever eaten at and I’ve eaten many times KFC all across Canada. I’m ashamed to say that this restaurant is in our town and it is absolutely horrible.!!

The gravy was watered down and not salty , compared to the Ottawa Kanata location that I ate at 1 month ago. The coleslaw container was not as full as other locations that I have eaten from. The chicken was very greasy. I won't be back and you shouldn't waste your time or money eating here either. I wish I could not give them any stars, but they won't let me post without a star.
