We did takeout. Wasn't too sure about sushi from a hotel, but we were very surprised! Highly recommend.

Always seems a little quiet, but service is fast and food is excellent

We’d like to clarify a few points regarding your recent experience with Kochi Sushi.

As a reminder, Kochi Sushi does not typically offer delivery on Mondays and closes at 9:00 PM. However, we made an exception yesterday and took your call at 8:13 PM—outside our usual last call for orders, which is 8:30 PM, as we need time to begin cleaning and closing the restaurant.

During the call, there seemed to be some confusion regarding our menu pricing, particularly between our standard 6-piece rolls and hand rolls. For clarity, our 6-piece rolls are the standard sushi rolls, while hand rolls are cone-shaped and priced differently. We offered to send you our menu so you could confirm the pricing directly, but unfortunately, the conversation became difficult as concerns were raised repeatedly despite our efforts to clarify and assist. Our staff also experienced disrespectful treatment during the call, which we take seriously.

We value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. In this case, we went beyond our normal hours to accommodate your request, and we hope for understanding and mutual respect in any future interactions.

I was attempting to place an order for delivery during my lunch break and I asked a question because the price was different online than what I was being told and the lady that was trying to rush me to place my order because it was almost 830 which was closing even though they close at nine. The lady was being very rude and yelling at me when I just asked a question and I didn’t even get to place my order and she hung up on me twice. I’ve been there before many times and I want to continue Placing orders there, but with the attitude and rudeness that I just dealt with twice is completely unacceptable. I just asked a question and I couldn’t even say yes or no because I was being yelled at.

Ordered two bento boxes. One came with a dried dead bug. Never eating here again.

Awesomeness just absolutely amazing food service was top notch and quick, topped off with a not too bad dill at the end for 4 people. I recommend the snow mountain rolls or the spicy salmon rolls.

Vegetarian options: So many options there's too many too list.

It was honestly a hidden gem although to get in you had to go through a staircase the food was outstanding! I would come here every week if I could! I would highly recommend.

I tried Kochi Sushi for the first time, and I highly recommend the Maki rolls they have to offer (especially their Salmon avocado rolls). Superb quality and great price. There is a black friday special right now

I recently ordered a Party Tray E, and it was excellent, the quality of the sushi and freshness is perfect. Highly recommend to come and try it for yourself!

Genuine good food. Super quick on order time to at-the-table. Had my rolls in front of me in less than five minutes. This with the restaurant being moderately busy.

Taste was not sacrificed either. Rice ws perfect and overall great sushi.
