I recently visited the McDonald's located inside Walmart in Brockville and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered just one Habanero Chicken sandwich, and it took a staggering 30 minutes to prepare. When I finally went to the counter to check on my food, they claimed they had already given it to me, which was not true. There was only one girl working behind the counter, which clearly contributed to the delay and confusion. This location is severely understaffed and poorly managed. Additionally, there wasn't a single table available for customers to sit at, making the experience even worse. The wait time was unacceptable, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. This is not the level of service I expect from McDonald's. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

Brought some of my paintball team in last night we were a whole group just wanted to shout out to the staff that worked last night you guys were awesome handled us loud mouths very well so thank u for amazing service hope the videos bring a smile to all of ur faces thanks again we will be back ps. Hi folks the McDonald's at Walmart in brockville has really improved service is good and polite and new employees etc and they have decaf coffee now so they have turned things around I recommend going there thanks

I worked for the place since 2019 and I enjoyed place some mangers good some bad but new ownership changed a lot took away 20 min breaks if you worked over 6 hours and changed the lay out of a lot of stuff. Lots of people left, and the good got more expensive on top of them getting rid of the double hamburger meal and no longer allowing you to get lettuce wrapped food.
