Great location. They seem under staffed, but, the staff that are there provide great service. Only complaint are the fries always seem to be over done. Wings are terrific.

We walked about before being served, we were at the Aquatarium and wanted to go here for lunch. There was only one waiter on staff and a restaurant full of people due to it being family day and a Saturday. We seated ourselves as the waiter explained he had to go serve a table. We waited for about 15 minutes and after watching another family leave we decided to do the same. Reading through some of the reviews it looks like slow service is a common occurrence here. It’s too bad too because the spot looks really nice inside, great views if seated near a window. For the prices on the menu ($$$) I would expect better service.

Waited about 7 minutes in plain view of the two servers that were apparently talking and waiting for food orders. They saw ua but didn't even raise a finger or two to indicate they would seat us soon. Finally I walked to them and asked who was taking care of the front desk? The man eventually said he would then started to explain why he hadn't. I told him I wasn't interested in excuses and he replied, "I'm not doing this" and turned to walk away. My wife waited a couple more minutes to see if the lady would help us. She didn't so we left. We live across the road and doubt we'll be back. Lack of professionalism and still expecting a tip?

I strongly do not recommend this restaurant. It was a complete waste of money and time. The service was terrible, with rude waitresses and an unhelpful manager. The food was even worse, the burgers we ordered tasted burnt, like charcoal, and the salad was far from fresh. When I brought up these issues, imagine my frustration when they laughed together in the kitchen. The prices are high, but the quality of the food is extremely poor. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, making it the worst restaurant I have visited in Canada.

Ate here today 2 weeks before Christmas , very short staffed . The ladies waiting tables did their best . Took an hour to get our food . Burgers were quite good, chicken cranberry Brie was tasteless . French fries leave a lot to be desired.

My husband and I went here for a wedding /reception. They had cocktail hour before the reception, the view of the river/ blockhouse was so beautiful. Well we enjoyed a nice drink, The restaurant staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. I had chicken and my husband had prime rib. It was all very good. It was our first time ever being there, and so would recommend.
