I ordered a pizza through the app and asked to have hot honey drizzle for an extra 2.95. Picked it up and yes you guessed it, no honey, why am i paying extra and not get it. When i called to explain this, the cashier stated I could drive back 20 minutes and they will give me honey on the side. She admitted that the honey had not been added. I explained that this wasnt acceptable, my kids had already started to eat it, would certainly be cold before i got back, plus not my responsibility to fix their problem. Now try getting a corporate phone number or email, conveniently absent, phone # hangs up as soon as answered, AWFUL customer service.

I have been meaning to leave a review for a while as the ladies (and all the staff really!) here are FABULOUS. They are always so efficient and so kind no matter how busy it is. However my last order they truly went so far above and beyond. I used skip to place the order as I had some promotion and was unable to pick up as I usually would. The driver left the wrong order and gave ZERO support, blamed it on the restaurant. When I called the restaurant to let them know that someone would be getting my order as what was left at my door was not mine, they remade the order and sent their own driver over with it. Remade order was excellent and still arrived in a timely matter. Amazing service from here always!!

We were excited to have pizza from you since it's been awhile. The advertised buy a pizza get the second pizza for $1 deal was show on TV several times and they looked good. I placed an order online that went smoothly. I removed an ingredient from my pizza and added a different ingredient but I still had to pay an extra $2.50. So the One medium pizza cost $29.49 and a $1 for the Medium Supreme with extra cheese. When I was in the restaurant to pick up I had to ask for my order. Staff was too busy to attend to me. Maybe there is not enough staff? When I opened the 2 boxes I was extremely disappointed. There was very little ingredients on both pizzas and the slices were uneven. So it was a very unsatisfactory dinner.

Every time I come to this location something goes wrong. This time tonight. I pick up my order to then drive home 20 min away and find that it's not correct. Make sure you check your order is my suggestion if you come here. Spent $50 to not be able to eat anything and can't drive back into town.
Food is good. People are very pleasant. Just slow so make sure you give yourself plenty of time even if you order ahead for pick-up.
Vegetarian options: Make your own or plenty of veggie pre-made options.
Dietary restrictions: Many different options for those that have restrictions.
Parking: Parking lot is very busy and there are limited spaces.
Kid-friendliness: Not very busy for eat-in and staff is very friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is all level with plenty of room, just no button to press to open the door for you.

The only good experience I’ve had lately is with delivery drivers. The 2 men that deliver are both very nice. But the ladies that work in the kitchen are very rude. Most of the time I have to ring the bell to even get someone to come out then when someone finally comes out they are very short with me or just plain out rude.

Ordered a mybox, got charged for a personal pan and a 8 piece wings. After I asked politely for a refund got told can't refund your order because it was being made. Asked to call manager, the manager told her to refund my order.
