I ordered a pizza from here I bought an extra large pizza with 3 toppings but when I got home and checked there were none!! Zero!!! Nada!!! No toppings By that time I was already home didn’t want to drive back to the store plus I was hungry worst experience ever please double triple check your order guys would not recommend going to this location would rather go to dominos instead save yourself money and time

I really love Pizza Pizza, which is why it's tough to share that my recent experience was just okay. We'd hoped to grab a quick slice, but with only one available, we ended up ordering a whole Hawaiian pizza – thankfully, we got a good deal! The biggest letdown, though, was the washroom. My friend was really disappointed by how dirty the toilet and sink were; it truly looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. It's disheartening because a clean washroom feels essential, especially in a place so many people use. I genuinely hope this can be improved, as you're still my favorite pizza place, and I want to see you shine. ♥️🙏✌️

I used to go to this pizza pizza every week (when it fit in the budget) but the last few times I've ordered the quality of the food has plummeted. I would advise to not order the free hot pepper flakes unless you hate your tastebuds, they pile it on, imagine barely being able to see your toppings when you asked for 1 or 2 sprinkles. And speaking of those toppings, less present then prior as well. I hate leaving only bad reviews so I will add a little good, not sure if the guy that was always working is still working (horrible with names please don't take as a lack of respect), I really hope he is, because he made delicious pizza and his proportions were right on the mark. He and the more affordable pricing on a few a menu items is why I gave a 2 not a 1. I did call the custom service and filled in a survey but the lack of accountability is again why they didn't score higher. (The customer service mark was for both the store itself and they're call centre customer service)

The staff here are super friendly and helpful—no complaints there. That said, the restaurant itself could really use a deep clean, and the lighting feels dim and a bit uninviting. Great service, but the space doesn’t reflect it.

Probably the worst pizza ive ever had. Go get a $3 frozen pizza from the grocery store. 10 times better and 5 times cheaper. Minimal toppings and the dough was previously a doormat.

I find it difficult sometimes to understand that how when you live 5 minutes from the delivery place that it takes 45 to 50 minutes to get an order. If I order it and pick it up I can have it in 15 to 20 minutes. And it's hot and fresh. I asked for delivery. I get a pizza that looks like the pepperoni is overcooked and dried, in this case, more than wasn't even cut all the way through. Which is more disturbing as I have to put it back in the oven to actually get it up to an edible temperature. If I'm going to put it in the oven I'll buy one in a frozen box and do it myself. I don't need a service that charges me a delivery charge for less than a lukewarm pizza. I think it's time I switch to a different service. I'm tired of piece of pizza hit and miss quality and delivery

New delivery guy Rishabh is great 👍 always fast delivery and actually delivers the item unlike the last guy, but I'm very unsatisfied with the pizza, I asked twice for it to be thick and what do I get is thin always the same issue stop with the thin stuff always trying to save a penny eh never had this issue in the past read your special request line.

Never buy anytng from here the guy cleaned floor with broom and used same gloves and used that same gloves to prepare the pizza disgusting. Owner should take actions about these.
