Stopped in for coffee and a quick bite, great experience overall. We enjoyed the coffee, the paninis, and the bagel omelette sandwich. One small improvement would be offering real cups for dine-in instead of paper ones. Still a lovely place to stop!

Always welcoming, most of the staff have gotten to know us when we walk in, and have our coffees already to go!

This was our first visit to Richard's Coffee House and we ordered two cookies to go - the Ginger Molasses Cookie and the Big Belly Chocolate Chip Cookie. The Ginger Molasses Cookie tasted like homemade ginger cookies and the Big Belly Chocolate Chip cookie was generous delicious and had the right amount of buttery dough and large chocolate chips. We will definitely visit there again and next time will sit in and have coffee and perhaps try the spinach croissant and for sure some more cookies! Thank You Richards'!

Cute, fast service and friendly people. Latte was good.
This is a gem on a cold morning.
We stopped for a coffee and couldn't resist a carrot cake cheesecake. Lovely lively atmosphere!

Their pastries taste like they are straight out of Europe! Everything there is divine not to mention, the heart and the philanthropic spirit of this business.
Always have very good service. The food is great. Love their beverages. Clean. I have tried a variety of their baked goods and food items.

Pricey but good. Ordered ginger carrot soup and Montreal smoked meat sandwich on rye with pickle and mustard. I asked for the mustard to given to me on the side. That was done.
Could only suggest that this place provide Grey's poupom mustard or another Dijon style mustard (at least something with more bite than plain French's mustard).
Sat at the street window benching and relaxed. Shop had some limited parking too.

Was visiting family and decided to stop by this coffee shop with my brother-in-law and my wife. The atmosphere and the ladies who were running the front were nothing short of amazing. I ended up getting a date square as well as a chai latte. My wife also got some stuff and a coffee. I don't remember what snacks she got, but she loved it nonetheless. I remember that the price was really good. The atmosphere was great; I would recommend it if you're in the area.
