Honestly best coffee around . Service 5 stars . Cade in point , I asked for a cappuccino with 1/2 decaf and 1/2 with caffeine and Sam provided the value added customer service to make it . And it honestly is one of the best coffees I have ever had (and im from Montreal) ! !! Check it out for yourself . I appreciated this customer service so I’m a regular now .

Lovely down t ok earth little cafe with tasty chai latte. A great local alternative to the mega brands that have taken over the EnRoute stops, that’s just off the highway. Worth the detour.

Richard's Coffee House is a gem in Brockville. I went there in between meetings to do some work and Sam and Melissa provided exceptional service. They accommodated my food allergies and even made me lunch at 9:00AM. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The chicken salad sandwich was the best I've ever eaten. Great Work Richard's Coffee House! Keep it up!
