Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House Brockville

First time going to Stackrd Pancake, coffee cup was dirty, stained, asked for a new coffee got a bad look from the waitress, got food along with a long hair under my omelet, they replaced with an under cooled one. said they were trying to hurry because of the first one. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, I WILL NEVER TRY AGAIN!!!

I’m putting a review of their business online. This is what I said; Busyness may soon end your business. I was humiliated being asked to leave and make room for other people after our group had eaten our meals and coffee’s spending over $70 and were visiting just over an hour and 20 minutes. This does not have the appearance of a fast food establishment. A table cleaner asked our party to leave the restaurant and though we were winding up this unpleasant experience will not entice me back. If the demand for our table was so urgent a manager should’ve offered our table a certificate towards our next visit, if they had wanted to accommodate a lineup. However it was put upon a table cleaning attendant to ask us to leave. Your lack in Business etiquette could end your busyness. I will not recommend your business

Food was delicious, service was quick & exactly has I ordered. Justice my server was very pleasant & polite!

We have visited twice so far and they don't disappoint. the portions are generous and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. They pay attention to details. Even during busy times the wait for food is quick.

Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and the staff were friendly! Food was excellent!! Didn’t have to wait for a table but started to get really busy with long wait times after 30 mins of sitting

Hannah was an amazing server!! Eggs Benedict was filling and nicely seasoned!

We placed our breakfast order and confirmed with the server how it should be prepared.
When it arrived, it was incorrect.
I immediately notified the server, but she did not return until I requested more water. (My husband was not offered a refill on his coffee.)
At that time, I informed her that I could not accept the breakfast as it was not prepared as requested.
My husband had almost finished his meal when she returned and asked if I would like a corrected order.
I declined, as my dining companion had already completed their meal.

I was quite disappointed, especially considering that the restaurant was not particularly busy.

Today was our first time trying Stacked. We got the banana berry crepes for takeout and they were amazing! We couldn’t eat everything at once and even later in the day, they still tasted perfect.

Have stopped in almost a dozen times and always had an excellent meal with great service. Today was no different, thanks to the stacked team for the continual striving for excellence.

The food is OK, although you will pay extra for a tiny plastic up of maple syrup to avoid the terrible corn syrup available at every table. The small container is not enough to spread over two pancakes but will get you by on crepes if you aren't a big syrup kinda person.
All drinks are overpriced in what seems to be a clear effort to make the meal pricing seem more reasonable.

Quality of service is #1, choices on the menu was unbelievable, the taste and quality of the breakfast was excellent.
With every opportunity I get,I goal is to try everything on the menu.

My partner and I went in for breakfast and had a great experience!! I had a full breakfast with French toast and my girlfriend had the same thing but with waffles! Great portion, yummy food and a really nice server.

Def would come back, great first experience here ?
