10/10 the best Starbucks in Brockville, DO NOT go to the other one, they always mess up my order and the drinks are never the way they’re supposed to be. But this one…this Starbucks is awesome, the employees are also so much nicer. Worth driving a bit more every time I come here or send my husband to get my drinks 😂

This is a normal stop for me on my way to Montreal. This afternoon at 4 on a Sunday, I walked in to use the washroom and then stood at the cash and waited. And waited. I watched them take the orders of at least four drive through customers. At one point one pf the four people working told me they would be with me in a second and then they just kept filling drive through orders. I finally asked if I should get in my car and drive through to get service. So they took my order. I think all the service stats they collect on drive through orders - like how long each customer has waited to get their order, what their average time for drive through orders is for the day, etc. - mean they will always prioritize those customers over walk ins. It’s a shitty way to treat a customer.

Crazy how there was only one person ahead of me in line instead the store and they served over 11 cars in the drive thru before serving me and the one other person in line our 1 drink each. I understand prioritizing the drive thru but that was bad. Plus my drink was wrong. Not with The way to get my order fixed. Absolutely horrible service.

We visited your establishment on Saturday, September 13th, around 7:30 PM, hoping for a pleasant experience as first-time visitors from out of town. Unfortunately, our interaction with your barista was quite disappointing. My disabled daughter requires a blond (light) roast coffee, and we were informed rather rudely that this was not served at that hour. When I politely asked if one could be made, the barista’s response was curt, indicating a wait and a clear focus on her 8:30 closing duties rather than customer service. While I appreciate the diligence in preparing for closing, a welcoming and accommodating attitude, especially towards a customer with specific dietary needs, is crucial. We hope this feedback can help improve future customer interactions.

Horrible. 23 minutes for a coffee while staff chatted the whole time and drew doodles on cups. Shift manager was the worst. No sorry for the wait, no free coffee on us next time. Do not recommend. Go to the next one down the road.

received awful service in the drive through from a grown woman. received attitude from her at the speaker when asking to place two separate orders. we were never acknowledged when we pulled up to the window or treated with an ounce of kindness. she just barked the prices at us, then continued to be rude. if you’re working in customer service…you could at least try to be good at it or nice to the customers at all. will never be back to this location.
