Never open when they say they are.

Easily the best fish and chips I've had in a LONG time. We just moved here from Ottawa and was delighted to see there was a fish and chip place 2 min walk from our new home. Tried it today and holy COW were we happy. The fish portions are huge, the fries are great, and the prices are decent! Did not wait long for the Family pack (6 pieces fish, large fry, coleslaw, and gravy), and everything was cooked perfectly. The fish was so filling I couldn't finish my two pieces in one sitting.

When I went back to snack on it again about an hour later, the fish was still crispy and delicious. Will DEFINITELY be returning.

ordered a bacon sub. Hardly any bacon, no cheese, forgot mayo. All nasty hard cold bread. wish I could add a picture to this. I sure miss the Steve's. Never again.

I was in for take out on Good Friday 2024 and fish was so greasey. Sorry but will not be returning.

The young kids working there can’t cook if their life depended on it. Only good order I had was when an older dark hair guy or the owner was working. Not worth spending my money there when the kids are the only ones working.

Loved going here my entire life , moved away and was passing through. So disappointed in the quality of food . Had a sub , it will be the last one ! Too bad the old owner didn’t properly train new staff . I see this place out of business in the near future .

Haven't been particularly impressed since new owners took over, added too many new items to the menu. However, this past Friday really didn't impress. Their hours on Google say close at 8 on Friday as do the hours listed on the door, was walking towards the door at 6:55 and they locked the door in my face! Guess it will be Manoll's from now on.

Love the service and food is great

Ordered a large (2 fish with fries) for my wife and this what we got for fish.
I said how come one is half the size, the kid behind the counter replied “sometimes they get broken in the bag, sorry, have a good day”!
And yes I gave my wife the bigger piece lol.
